Makes great coffee, I haven’t had one. That’s easy to use like this one

I like that it makes single cups for the work week and I can make whole pots in the weekends when I’m here all morning.

Amazing! We are fairly new to coffee drinking. We’ve had 2 previous coffee makers and didn’t really think there was a difference in taste. Boy were we wrong. We are using the same coffee, but this coffee pot brews the coffee to taste much better. We love that we can now do the nespresso pods AND the Kcup pods. The milk steamer is awesome, you just have to get in the habit of wiping it off after each use or it gets sticky. The hot water wand is fabulous and heats up very quickly. It makes Kcups and nespresso cups very quickly. Much faster than our old machine. I love having the resevoir on the back with water to make hot chocolate, tea or a kcup. I would say my only complaint is what others have said when I read reviews, that the hot water wand/milk steamer isn’t designed properly. You do have to move the machine to the edge of the counter to properly get the cup out without spilling it everywhere. We just ordered a butcher block for underneath to prop it up on the counter, so hopefully that will solve that issue. Otherwise this thing is absolutely perfection! One other thing. You absolutely DO have to run each section throught the cleaning process before it will work. It was in the instructions, but like normal people we didn’t read it at first. 🙂

Love this all in one machine. Just what I was looking for. Coffee takes a little longer to brew but that doesn’t bother me. Hard to beat the Cuisinart brand

A great coffee maker that does everything – drip, k-cups, and nespresso! Plus the frother to make lattes and cappuccinos. Easy to use and it looks great on the counter.

My spouse drinks drip coffee, I drink espresso and the K-Cup feature is great when someone wants that one-off cup of coffee. It’s great, has high-quality components, and is easy to use.

I was excited to have a coffee maker that did ao many options but it doesnt do any of the options well. There are grounds when you use the carafe, the K-cup setting doesn’t fill the cups correxrly so you don’t get the full flavor of the coffee and dont think about using a hot chocolate cup. It leaves 3/4 of it in the cup because it doesn’t fill the cup correcrly. It does do the espresso well. The frother nozzle needs to be adjustable other than side to side but it works fine. It’s odd that if you want hot water, it comes out of the frother and not the K-cup sextion. But it makes coffee. I would not buy it again but given the price, I’ll be using it for a while to justify buying it this time.

So bummed!! I purchased this coffee maker because of the espresso function. It’s well made beautiful easy to use .There aren’t many reviews on it so I didn’t see any negative comments. I tried to use it for the first time yesterday, was excited to use the nespresso function, all I got was hot water. I purchased the Peets “Original nespresso” pods as stated in instructions . All it did was bend the pod and all I got was hot water!!! I actually went on to Amazon to check reviews and someone else had the same problem. Sadly I will be returning it . Very disappointed

The only thing I don’t like is the water reservoir is on the left side so it’s awkward for right handed people to refill.

The product is perfect, if you are looking to have a little bit of everything. I did have to figure out how to use the kpods. The kpods I was using were getting punched through and the coffee grounds would go all over the place while the coffee is brewing. Then I figured, I had to reverse my Kpod amd give it a little pat before I brew. Other than that, I had a great time using this product.

This is a very nice coffee maker. Better than the Keurig plus the option of brewing a pot. User friendly.

We love our new Barista Center! It not only makes great coffee but excellent k-cup coffee in 3 sizes & 2 sizes of espresso, with a steamer for lates!

I purchased this coffee maker to replace my Keurig and in hopes of having a Nespresso type of coffee maker. I loved the concept of this coffee maker. We had the coffee maker for exactly three days before the Nespresso type pod coffee maker stopped working. I called Cuisinart customer service they initially asked if I descaled the the machine yet?!
1. The coffee maker is 3 days out of the box
2. We only used filtered water in our coffee maker.
They told me they would send a replacement part, the very next day the milk steamer stopped working, it would sputter but not get hot.
The long and the short of it is, we have returned the coffee maker and are waiting on a replacement.
There is, however, no follow up with customer service. They do not replace the coffee maker until they receive the original unit, I guess at over 300.00 a piece, that makes sense. It took them 48 hours to send me any type of email with a return label on it to be able to return the original coffee maker.
Hopefully the replacement, whenever it arrives…will work. But had I known what a disaster this was going to be, I would have NEVER purchased this coffee maker. I would have just bought the Nespresso that was on sale and stuck with my original Keurig that I donated….

I love this product. The flexibliity to make a pot for the family or a cup on the go. It’s well worth the money

Fantastic Coffee Brewing station. Love the flexibility and options for brewing throughout the day.

So far so good. It’s just been a couple of weeks as this was a xmas gift, replacing an existing cuisinart that finally bit the dust after 10+ yrs. It has a few more bells and whistles but we opted to get a separate conical burr grinder so there would be less to break down. We love the single serve option and steamer wand.
McG73 –
This is a good value for the options. By being able to make pot coffee for when we’re hosting guests to single serve pods and espresso capsules for individual cups. I was a loyal french press user for years but this unit has all the flexibility and makes a great cup of coffee regardless of format.
The only thing I wish were different is the carafe being glass and not stainless steel as I prefer.

This product is a superior coffee maker! It has so many extra features and easy to use.

My review isn’t complete – I only unboxed the Coffee pot and placed it on our counter. The way the fill area was designed made the machine too tall to sit in our preferred location and remain usable.

I was interested in trying this versatile coffee maker for all of the possibilities. I have not used every feature but find that what I have tested out is working very well. The only problem I have is getting used to the frothier that is on the side. Even though I don’t put a lot of milk in the container, I find that it still starts to overflow once the milk does froth. In addition, I noticed that when it is frothing on the side, I cannot put it flush with the countertop that it is on. I have to let it overlap on the side so that I can get the frothing container off of the device. In other words, I need to be able to pull the cup down and away from the frothier in order for it not to make a mess. I’m still learning. Since I have a standalone frothier, this is not a major problem; but it still takes some time to master. I like that I can make whatever type of coffee I want based on my mood or for more than one person when family comes over.

Coffee pot is nice
The Best Buy price match policy is a joke especially when it comes to matching their OWN price
We bought this 2 days before Black Friday
On Black Friday it went done $37 in price !
When I called Best Buy customer service she told me they will credit me the $37 difference. Price match it
When I called back 2 month later after not getting that credit and no communication as to why, I was told it was because I used a $15 rewards certificate?!?! Yet rewards are to be used for any purchase !,
I told the rep it makes no sense ….why would I use a $15 certificate if I would lose the ability to get $37 off since it was on sale?!,
She apologized. What ???? She just apologized and quoted me the “policy”. Which is why I say the policy is a joke
I should have returned it, then bought it again at the sale price and then used the rewards certificate. I was going to do that but figured I could work with Best Buy on this over the phone Guess not
