bought to replace a 12yr old Cuisinart machine. So far it has been great. still getting used to a pot on a burner, my old one brewed into a insulated carafe. ability to have single serve K-cup without an additional counter clutter is nice.

I like this Cuisinart coffee maker because of the K-cup feature.
However it is a bit hard to fill up with water on the coffee side.
And occasionally I find quite a bit of water after filling K-cup side. This occurs if I lift off water holder and replace it. So now I just fill it up while it is still attached to unit.
Another nice feature is that you can stop K-cup side.

Love this coffee maker, water is already warm with no waiting…looks good. One minor negative, the lid for the water reservoir is not attached but otherwise a great coffee maker.

I have had Cuisinart coffee makers for years. I have to say I am not happy with this one.
The clean light is on all the time and I don’t think it’s easy to add the water. I would buy another one like this I don’t think.

I really like the overall look of this coffee maker. I bought this to help save room on my counter from using a coffee maker and a separate individual serving coffee maker. This has been a great purchase! The only issue I have had is that on a few occasions the K-cup did not get pierced fully on the top and the coffee didn’t brew. I’m not sure what would cause this since it usually works fine.

I love to options I have in brewing coffee. For me alone, I use the single serve option and for company, I use the coffee maker side. Perfect. The only thing I would do to improve on is to made it clearer where to put the filter rod back when you remove it to change the filter.

Stopped working after 7 months. Really disappointing. The taste of the coffee from the single cup side is weak. Never really used for this reason. The overall design is poor. Water reservoir is narrow, which proves difficult to fill without spilling. That I could deal with, but it just didn’t last. For the price, I would’ve expected at least a year .

This thing makes decent coffee, and love the single serve option to either use a pod, or grounds. What I don’t love is a programmable coffeemaker that the clock does not keep the right time. The first one I get, by the FOURTH one in four months, I’m realizing it’s not me, it’s the coffee pot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE POT.
I will say that Cuisinart customer service has been wonderful during the replacement process, and are now allowing me to pick a different coffee maker the fifth time around. Hoping this particular make and model is just a fluke, and a different style altogether will be the solution to my problem.

I’m pretty fond of this machine. It has the features I wanted, and the only complaint I have about it is how small the openings for the water reservoir are – pretty hard to pour the water in without getting it everywhere.

I bought in 2019. It worked well for about a year. Then the k cup side started leaking ( the tank ). My counter was constantly soaked so I removed it and just used the coffee maker side for the next year. It’s 2021 and the coffee maker is not working well anymore. Very watery coffee. Overall it makes great coffee when it works but it is NOT worth 200. It’s beautiful but the tank leaked within the first year. That’s unacceptable.

I should have known they couldn’t make a k cup brewer as good as Keurig.
After the third use, and pretty regularly thereafter, the mechanism that punctures the top of the cup simply splits it and then all of the coffee grounds explode all over the inside of the top of the machine and in my coffee.
I’ve tried four separate brands of k cups and they still explode.
Unfortunately, I threw away the box or I’d send it back.
I haven’t tried the 12 cup pot yet.

Wonderful to have just have one apparatus that does two things rather than multiple appliances taking up lots of space. Both brewers work great. It would be nice if the single cup could brew at the same time that the full pot brews.

Really love that we were able to do away with one of our coffee makers! I like single-cup but hubby likes a full pot. Only drawback is I can’t fit my talk to go mug under the single cup side. Not a deal breaker at all!

The single cup side is the issue I have. I’ve tried all different pods, I’ve made sure the white arrows line up, I’ve cleaned it to make sure there were no clogs and it still overflows the coffee grinds. It comes out the top and the bottom filling my cup full of grinds and getting all over my counter. I’ve tried four separate brands of k cups and they still explode.

A lot of plastic, doesnt feelnlike good quality. Also the needle is too thick, doesnt puncture pods. Instead it tears them, water and grounds leak out making a huge mess

Great Coffee Pot. We have 1 in the house and a few back-ups. Great multi-functionality and probably the most reliable coffee pot brand I’ve purchased the last 15 years or so. I still like my old pot of drip coffee in massive quantities in the morning.
K-Cups are nice and it works on the fly or for a quick cup. Not as strong, and needs to be cleaned more frequently like any K-Cup/ Keurig, but it works.

I like the individual cup and that it has a high temperature on the warming plate. Mine already has the clean light on. It came on about 3 weeks after I got it. The carafe top doesn’t flip open. You need to take it off to fill it.

Had purchased this 6 months ago and really hoped it would work well for my husband and I. Some days we are both home and require a pot and other days our schedules are different so we each enjoy several cups on our own using the kcup portion. Almost immediately, we had to learn that you cannot EVER make more than 6-8 cups of coffee in the pot without grounds spilling over into the pot and causing a huge mess. Within 2 months we started experiencing kcups exploding. At first it would be one every other week and now, its every kcup. Yes we’ve cleaned and maintained the machine as the directions state too and honestly almost daily because of the issue. I worked in a coffee bar for a long time so I know how important maintenance on a machine is. I am honestly beyond disappointed with this purchase as now we are shopping for a new one in less than 6 months and this was a complete waste of money not only on the machine but all the coffee & kcups we’ve thrown out which isn’t cheap in itself these days. I do not recommend

Excellent coffee maker. It also looks great on the countertop. Very easy to use and the coffee tastes great with some adjustments to slow down the water flow. Also. K-cup measurements are not accurate. 6oz makes 8oz, 8oz makes 10oz and 10oz makes almost 12oz. Not sure if that’s per design or an issue with mine.

Loved the combination coffee center, saving space on the counter. But it broke after only 16 months. Every time you use the Single Server Brewer it lost all the electronics’ settings…clock, program, etc. requiring you to reset clock and everything else everyday.

I purchased this coffee maker about a year ago. I wanted to see how good the product is before writing a review. Will never buy a coffee maker from this company again. After 6 months noticed it would leak when making coffee. I spend more time cleaning up a mess than enjoying my coffee.
Every time i set the clock it’s fine until i make a cup of coffee, the time goes off, i give up trying to reset. I tried unplugging the coffee maker as recommended by the company and it still does the same thing.
And yes I followed all the troubleshooting recommendations from the company.
