    Would of been 5
    The coffee pot poured great for 2 months then over time it will just spill from the spout or the pourer where the coffee comes out .
    I cleaned it , Check for leaks but it fine.
    It will spill about 2-5 oz out while you pour cup off coffee.

    Im call tomorrow 12/18/23 for the limited warranty, has 3 years.

    It has to be defective drives me F crazy

    I had to return it the next day I bought it, extremely complicated to use, you need to read a lot of instructions to try to make it work, beside that I don’t like the idea to be cleaning it so often as the manual says

    Makes a decent cup of coffee but it’s kinda large and inconvenient for a counter top. You have to fill the water reservoir from the back. I like the pot and pod combo.

    Its an OK coffee maker, a bit noisier than most, but i do not like that if you would like a 14 oz cup of coffee, you must run a fisrt cup at 12 oz, ooen the pod lid, then run a second pass for 4 oz. Why???

    I absolutely love love my new coffee pot Love I have the option to make 5 different settings on single cup. Also whole pot. Then there’s the whole ice coffee thing!!!! So in love with it. Highly recommend to anyone

    So far so good! Makes coffee very fast on the 12 cup size & haven’t yet made coffee on the individual size. There is an adjustment on the heat of the coffee which is great! I have had other coffee pots and this seems to be the best so far! I would definitely recommend this machine!

    This thing is awesome. Makes a small cup on one side for my wife and a big pot for me for work on the other. I love the fact that you get water filter packs so the coffee tastes better with regular tap water

    Used this item for a while as a coffee maker and did great, love the filter feature. OFC, 1st time after prepping the filter for the Pod side it’s DOA right after the return policy expired. Best Buy needs to remove this item, now that I read all the poor reviews, it’s a common issue, and at $200 is a huge waste of money.

    After my Kureg gave up the ghost after 10 years I was looking for something that had both a carafe and K-pods.

    This machine has preformed well in the four weeks I’ve had it. Ground coffee is cheaper and better tasting than K-cups, but I like having the option for convenience’s sake.

    The machine doesn’t feel or look super premium and picks up finger prints and water stains easily, but at $200 (I got it on sale for $170) the functionality is great, and I save money on coffee)

    Bought this on monday. Got it home and the pod button would not even turn on. I knew they were low on stock so i ordered the same one. Came the next day. Same exact thing. It’s too bad i thought i was going to love this coffee maker. They will both be going back

    I’ve had my current unit for a few days now and I really would like to give it 5 stars. The versatility with how I can brew my coffee, the ease of use — so far, all of it is everything I could hope for despite not being a big coffee drinker.

    That said, a simple scroll through reviews will tell you the main problem: The podside of this machine is often broken on units. It wasn’t until my current unit — the second one — that I’ve had a good experience.

    Obviously I was able to bring the first unit back to Best Buy. The location I brought it to didn’t have another on hand so I had to order another (which thankfully worked). Thankfully that arrived in tact and has worked exactly as I hoped over the past few days. Assuming this ends up having reasonably good longevity and working as it should, I’ll be happy.

    PRO TIP: First thing to do when you buy this item is plug it in and open up the pod bay and make sure the Pod Light is blinking on the machine. This didn’t happen at all with my first unit and I didn’t know to look for that. (Though I’m sure others will.)

    Ultimately, I think I’ll love this machine in the long run. But it is pricey at $200 considering it seems like there’s a 20% chance it doesn’t work out of the box. Hopefully whatever is causing this defect — which is clearly a known issue — gets fixed for future models.

    Works really great. Nice to have a variety of options when you have friends. No complaints. IF there was to be an improvement I would recommend having a insulated coffee pot rather than the glass. Cuisinart does have a coffeemaker with that but not a 2 in 1 product. The 2 in 1 is a great option and highly recommended.

    I bought this coffee maker for my wife, who drinks coffee every day. I really enjoy the concept of making a single cup or a whole pot. Granted, it is on the louder side, so if you are trying to be quiet in the morning, that may be difficult. The carafe part is mostly quiet. The k cup part of it makes a lot of noise when it’s finished. My biggest issue with it is that it pokes GIANT holes in k cups. Even when I use the reusable k cups it spits grounds all over the place. It ends up in my coffee and all over the inside when you open it. Please keep that in mind when buying it.

    This unit replaced an obsolete Cuisinart 2 in 1 that was only two years old. Sadly, within 3 weeks of my latest purchase, the unit became defective. It made a screeching noise and the K-cup blew, creating a terrible mess. Then the carafe warming plate began smoldering to the point that I took it out of the house. I loved the size and concept, but I think I’m going to have to look at other options.

    It’s a great coffee maker, but the issue we have is we have to hit this little button in the single serve part every time we want to do a single cup. You have to hit it like 10 times in order for it to work
