    Perfect deal, got a new phone, but like to get a new sim card to port over to a new carrier, BestBuy have it, i ordered this and i shipped fast to home for free shipping. Easy setup, works great.

    This is third time we have had an issue activating a sim card with Best Buy. If you have to purchase a phone from Best Buy I would recommend purchasing a sim card somewhere else or directly from the carrier. It is worth the extra trip to avoid the stress and headaches associated with activating a Sim Card from Best Buy. That being said the associate that resolved the issue did a great job, but for the sim card itself, zero stars

    Had issues with this card and had to call cricket. Cricket said it had not been activated. Ended up going into a Cricket store and buying one. Giving two stars instead of one star because Best Buy store manager resolved the issue fairly.

    I purchased the sim card online but the ICCID is invalid or not found on cricketwireless activation site. I wonder if Bestbuy didn’t scan the barcodes for sale/activation properly. Definitely need to check if the ICCID is valid within the two weeks period on my next purchase.

    The SIM Card when I received it was not scan as sold when I bought from Best Buy via the Best Buy app. When I went to activate the SIM Card Crixket Wireless told me the SIM Numbers showed as not sold on their system. Therefore I was out of pocket and no refund by Best Buy

    Bought this and it wouldn’t activate. Got another one and it was the same thing. Went to an actual Cricket store and they got me going. But the service is crap for data even though they’re using AT&T towers.

    Worked fine to activate. Don’t forget to use a referral code from a friend or online! Also double check Cricket’s BYOD list. They have become a lot more restrictive on what is allowed.

    Order yesterday needed it fast so I paid extra and got it in 1 day. Turns out the sim card ICCID is invalid so I cant get a plan with Cricket. Not sure how this happened but I would recommend just ordering from Crickets online store just to be safe.

    Didn’t work with phone I had, Best buy does not accept returns for SIM cards so ended up being just a waste. Now it’s just more plastic and metals to add to the landfill. If I had burned the cash, at least I would have gotten some energy out of the deal.

    Sim works fine as long as they actually activate the sim. Paid for delivery, kept getting canceled. Went in store and picked it up. Was never activated after employee scanned the barcode. Was told days later by support to go back and get it activated. What a mess

    Cheaper than postpaid. If AT&T Service is great in your area, you will have a hard time passing up Cricket! If you don’t have AT&T in your area or it’s weak, stay clear from Cricket. Mostly just depends on who is the best in your area.
