I really like this headset. Pros: I like the headband on it. Almost automatically adjusts to your head (don’t know if that will wear out over time but I like it for now.) Mic automatically mutes when you flip the boom up. Deep ear cups and good swivel range. Decent sound quality but I’m not an audiophile. Cons: the material on the ear cups is a little scratchy. Would have preferred a leather like material. Clamping force is tighter than i would have liked. Overall good headset especially if you get it on sale.

Great headset for price. This headset rivals more expensive headets I’ve owned. The only downside is the rectangluar shape feels slightly awkward at first but I’ve grown to like it as much as circular.

Sound is good overall, better than my hyperX clouds (that are several years old). Mic flip mute has had instances where it has not worked correctly. I have also gotten complaints from friends in parties that they can’t hear me well (xbox and discord). The main reason I bought this was in the hopes that a USB headset (rather than a 3.5mm jack) would solve previous mic problems. I figured a big name like corsair would do that, but mic is still inconsistent. Biggest reason for the low rating though: It’s just freaking uncomfortable. The “floating headband” design, as someone put it, gives me a headache and the ear pads sit weird. For $90, I want to love a headset, and this I just don’t.

This headset is not only comfortable but the most efficient I’ve used and I’ve had several manufacturers. Steel Series is a very close second but this is the best bang for your buck in comfortability and efficiency. You can’t beat this quality at this price

I am not actually a gamer. So my review is not to say that the product itself is bad, BUT, for me, I also have an SLR microphone interface that I use for other types of recordings and each time I plug this headsety in, it totally hijacks all the sound and MIC settings and when I decide to unplug it to get back to my other recording projects I end up wasting LOTS of my valuable time getting things configured back to where they were again, and even then, the sound is never the same! There is ALWAYS something a bit off so if your doing any kind of mixing you know how critical it is to have all your sound settings be just right!
I for one am just not going to waste my time and I am just returning them! Not worth the grief!

Heasphones are not super comfortable and worse with glasses with thinner frames.

Good bass and great highs. The mic does not pick up outside noise and works like a champ with discord. The RGB is a nice extra. Buy them. I do wish the cord was about 6 inches longer. They are comfortable too and i mean at 6+ hours. Lighweight.

The built in Dolby atmos surround sound is actually nutty. They are built with high quality plastic and metals and the media controls are smooth. The only downside is that it is a one size fit all and isn’t adjustable so a big head like mine found it only slightly uncomfortable

This is the most comfortable headset I’ve used, and the mic is fantastic. The sound quality is just plain terrible. If you play something like Valorant for example, which already doesn’t have the best audio, footsteps are muffled and it’s hard to hear where they are coming from. For music the bass has no boom just super muddy sounding. I really wanted to love this headset because it is so comfortable, but the Cloud II just sounds sooo much better

Including PS5 connectivity, giving me access to both my favorite gaming hardware PC/PS5! The mike is exceptional and your voice will be heard clear and crisp!

If your use is just a headset you can talk with, yeah, I guess it does what it is supposed to. It never sounded correct though. My voice was muddy sounding to friends in game, Steam and Discord. Would NOT buy again.

If you don’t care for wireless this is just the wired version of the HS80. Comfortable to wear for hours on end. Supports and comes with a license to Dolby Atmos on PC (license usually costs $5 on windows) has RGB lighting that can be turned off if you don’t care for it. Just overall the best headset for the price.

I bought the wired version because of bad experiences going wireless years ago. It’s safe to say that wireless technology has improved over time. If I had to do it again, I would go wireless.

It’s audio is pretty good, but I do not find the headset particularly comfortable. Details of my own unit, possibly defective, are below.
For some reason the headset will just completely disconnect audio and voice and the sound will project from my speakers. This usually lasts about 3-5 seconds before it kicks back on. It happens both randomly and and with certainty under particular conditions. There are two times that I can consistently (100% of the time) observe this disconnecting issue happening: If I touch a box fan that is on or whenever the mini fridge in my office kicks on/off (across the room), the headset cuts out. I have moved the PC to another room and even unplugged these appliances, the only result being that it happens less frequently and at complete random. I have considered that there is an issue with the electrical in my house, but there are no other items in my house nor other pc accessories affected by this issue. My old hyperX headset (also USB) does not exhibit these same issues. I do not know the definitive cause for this issue, but the common denominator is this headset.

Amazing and comfortable. Very flexible headset with an equally as flexible and durable design. Icue is a wonderful app and this headset works well with Dolby Atmos. No complaints and I see this headset keeping up for a while.
