    I noticed immediately trying to fit the new motherboard I purchased on the standoffs and not aligning… Then the front fan installation…. The pot metal brace to secure the front fans had poorly drilled and misaligned holes. To top it off, the case is a rattle box. I have seen a steady decline in product quality with Corsair over the last 5 years but this case isn’t worth the 3 pop cans worth of junk metal to manufacture. I will be purchasing a better designed and manufactured case from a different store.

    Wish it had one more usb type a port on the front and a separate mic/headphone jack instead of a combined one. The case also only comes with 2 120mm fans. You’ll probably need to get some more. The airflow is great though and the case is very easy to build in.

    Nice sturdy case with a good amount of space inside for activities. Airflow is insanely good and it even has slots for vertical mounting. 4 star due to size constraints when water cooling with a 360mm or 280mm radiators. Issues that are not present on the Corsair 5000D.

    I love this case. Has a vertical mount slot, nice behind-mobo panel, and does a good job keeping dust from getting inside the case without compromising air flow.

    Probably the best case i have used over 20 years for a mid tower.

    Its a great case for the price. Looks great and was easy to build in, although I felt cable management was a bit tricky but it was my first build so that’s on me. The magnetic dust covers are a great touch. It’s not the fanciest looking but the airflow is insane.

    Excellent case! It accommodates my RTX 4080 GPU great. Plenty of room and air movement. I added a couple fans, but other than that it’s a great case. sturdy, clean looking. Very nice.

    This is my 2nd time building a rig out in this case. The first was for my own Desktop, been running cool and quiet for 1.5yrs. This time we used it to build my son’s Gaming Rig with a hot Ryzen 7 & 4070 OC card. Runs cool on temps and is mostly quiet (unless under highest settings for gaming, then a little warm and more fan speed noise -but not bad at all!). This is with stock fans and a CPU tower cooler on both machines. Plenty of room inside for everything with lots of airflow. Good cable management options built in.

    This is an awesome value case I plan to keep for a while. It’s easy to work in, has a wide range of compatibility, excellent build quality, and it doesn’t look too bad either. There are some wood panels you can buy that would dress it up a bit too, so you don’t have to have a generic looking gaming PC.

    Budget build? There are some ups and downs for the Corsair 4000D. Up being it is a friendly Mid Tower case to build on while supporting an ATX MB. It works with a Cooler Master air cooled cpu block. Supports 240mm and 280mm AiO on top mount or a 360mm AiO front mount. A lot of cable routing for cable management. Several mounting locations for your SSD and 2 soild bays for your HDD. My only grip is that I can not mount a 360mm rad on top at all. And without being in the way of ram. Besides that, overall wonderful and friendly beginner case.

    Love this case! Just a little tight up top. I believe it says it will fit a 280mm rad up top, It will bolt up but won’t clear ram on basically any motherboard.

    Great look good cable management straps included and feels quality built. The panels retain the screws which is convenient.

    Ive built a lot of PCs. When i find a case i like ill use it for multiple builds. This case is my new default. Its so easy to work with, has plenty of room, lots of options for cooling, and i really like that it doesnt light up like an arcade machine. Ive used it for two builds so far and will use it for more. My only knock is that it doesnt fit a 140mm fan on the back.
