Scheduling installation through Best Buy was simple, the installation itself was less than 2 hours and they were able to pair remote-start with my key fob in addition to the 2 fobs included with this remote starter set. I’ve been using this product for about a month and I would HIGHLY recommend!

They stole the refund money. The associate said it was going back on my Apple Pay and when I checked it they manually typed in a card and refunded my money to another card that wasn’t associated with my account. Pitiful.

The poor rating is because when we attempted to schedule an installation we were told two things. First, the Maplewood store doesn’t do istallations and Egan would be in March. Why weren’t we told that at the point of sale, Maplewood?

So as it turns out even though this remote key is compatible with the truck it was programmed to, the vehicle turns off after you open the driver door when your turn the push start on.
