    Great quality/value. Easy to install, only thing rear camera cable was a bit short my vehicle. I had to purchase a separate extension, my car is 125 inches long. Depends on your vehicle.

    This dashcam was easy to set up and works perfectly for what I needed. Front and back cams are clear and easy to see. I had a cheap dashcam before, and this was a definite upgrade at an affordable price. I recommend it highly for anyone who needs front and back coverage for their cameras or who has a long commute.

    Here is why it did not get 5 stars:

    Not made for semi trucks with curved windshields as the included mount is a “fixed” mount. If the mount could turn to angle side to side it would have got 4 stars

    Videos do not automatically upload to cloud. You have to manually connect to app, then select video, then save (somehow). If videos automatically saved to cloud it would have got 4.5 stars

    The side port for additional accessories. You can only plug in ONE accessory. As truck driver, i purchased 2 each external side cameras from Cobra. Had to return 1 each as i could not use it. If i could have use both cameras, this would have received 5 stars

    Great camera. Still learning how to operate and replay so will update when I master that. Installs easily. I hardwired mine but you need to buy wire for that otherwise it plugs in.

    Everything works good except didn’t know you needed a compatible radar detector if you bought the yearly subscription for $50 so that was money down the drain and would of been useful info to have prior to buying so otherwise everything else works amazing just upset I can’t even get a refund for the subscritption I can’t even use due to lack of info and my bank paid it cobra

    I bought this cobra dashcam w/ rear camera and installed it in my wife’s 2017 Toyota. Worked great for all of 5 weeks before the problems started. Constant system crashes with the unit, would constantly corrupt the SD card, the wireless connection between the dash cam and phone was unreliable. And the app to use the camera was ridiculously difficult to use. Cobra makes some good equipment, such as CB radios and radar detectors but for dash cams they suck. Save your money and buy a Garmin.

    Without mentioning that geeksqad called me earlier than my appointment was scheduled I went and guy was really polite! 3 hours later he called me in saying that it’s done. So he said check the back one and I’m glad I did since the rubber thing wasn’t in place so I mentioned him and after struggle his manager asked me to give him some space so he could fix it! 5-10 min later he came out and asked me to check all out but since I don’t know anything about hardwire I signed the paper that I agreed everything looks ok! Now will see if dash cameras work!

    I really wanted this dashcam. However, when the screen saver comes on, after 1 or 3 minutes, a very annoying bright white text is displayed showing (1) the time of day and (2) the speed at which you are going. A small slow blinking red dot is also shown, which is ok. The text is always there in your field of vision. What car today doesn’t have a clock and odometer? There are no setup options to NOT DISPLAY the time and speed! When mounting the dashcam to the windshield, there is NO right or left camera adjustment, only a up/down tilt adjustment. These 2 negative things made me return the dashcam for a refund.
