Does everything I need in a printer all in one an photos are very nice quality very fast printing also
Jeff –
Setup instructions were a bit disjointed – seemed like I had to follow more than one line/source of information to get everything I needed. A bit frustrating, but definitely doable for a non-techie. Once set up, everything worked fine. Have not tried photographs and am not planning on using it for that. Every other function (printing, copying and scanning) is working properly and producing very good results.
007T –
good printer at a pretty good price. like that it is an all in one
jack –
Just needed home printer this fit the bill windows 10 made old printer less featured as compatibility has become an issue. This new printer works great hope it lasts as long as previous canon printer
John –
Miss the fax feature, but that is rarely used. Otherwise an adequate printer at a good price
WJeffB –
The printer was a great choice and Best Buy made the purchase easy.
Chucko –
Good printer. Disappointed it doesn’t fax. Picture printing good. Only scanned black and white form. Seems good.
RobG –
Purchased this printer to replace the HP, which had issues from the start. All functions work seamlessly and scan quality is fantastic! Printer cartridges are more costly than HP but the quality and seamless operation of the printer far outweigh lower costing ink. One of the primary purposes for replacing with the PIXMA was for scanning, retouching and digitizing family photos and I have truly been pleased with the overall quality and functionality provided by the TS9520. This is the second PIXMA All-In-One in the household and both printers work without issues. The CANON software and utilities that come with both of these printers are very easy to install and use.
If you are searching for a great printer that offers a lot of value, the TS9520 is worth checking out.

Still getting familiar with it. So far printing and scanning is high quality
LISAK2398 –
LOVE THIS PRINTER BEEN WANTING ONE BECAUSE I DO ALL KIND OF CRAFTS AND THIS PRINTER CAN HELP ME OUT
Oldman –
Don’t like there are any thumb drive inputs to allow files to be printed directly. The internet connect for scanning is better than our old Canon printer. Overall this printer does not seem to be as well built as our last one!
Wendell –
pretty good printer, somewhat easy to use. Somewhat difficult to scan.
noahbunny –
The printer works well and prints very well. My main complaint is that it is a bit complicated to learn how to use it properly. The only instructions it comes with are on the box concerning initial set up. You must go online to access in-depth operating instructions. Which I find frustrating when in the middle of a printing chore. Not really wild about having to use several different ports to print on different types of paper…envelopes, pictures, etc.
Louis –
This printer doe’s more than I normally need, still, it doe’s it quite well. I like that it can print on 11″X17″ paper. I can fit a lot of targets on that. Color printing is also nice, it seems to print true to color, nothing weird going on and no adjustment. Overall a very nice printer.
I set mine up networked and discovered I can print directly from my Samsung Galaxy S10, that is a real bonus.
Oldlady1 –
THIS ONE WILL PRINT 11 x 17 AND SMALL AND SLEEK FOR HOME OFFICE
DonB –
I had bought 2 Epson printers before I got this one. Both of those broke and could not be fixed. I have had no problems with this one and am very happy with it.
RobinR –
The printer prints nicely but it consumes A LOT of ink. Constantly gives warnings color ink is low and requires replacement, even if you only print in color occasionally. I’ve had to purchase so many expensive replacement ink cartridges, I’m going to have to buy an inexpensive B&W laser printer and only using the Canon for color printing. I wish I had not purchased this printer.
Arich –
I often use the scanning option for receipts, paperwork and other work stuff. The quality is good. The printing option is average, I print 5-10 pages per job print on some occasions. It sucks ink a little too much but the quality is good so it makes sense.
OGrhyme –
Love this printer and the ability to print photos at home
ddmx21 –
this printer works great and I have not had any problems with it since I bought it
gmparsons1122 –
This is the second of these I’ve purchased. It has good capabilities and I love the fact that I can set it up for automatic firmware updates off the Internet. Not bad for less than $150.
Headphones –
Very nice printer. Priced well and doesn’t take up to much space.
Thanos –
Very good price for the printer and it had a very solid quality. I would definitely recommend this
Karl –
In general all printers have gotten smaller, much less expensive and with plenty of features over the years. I currently use two – this one and an HP. The HP has the large capacity ink tanks which is super convenient. This one still uses a conventional size ink cartridges but I think produces better color than the HP. I still would not use it as a dedicated color photo printer, but it does a decent job.
LBOfOrland –
It’s a very good and fast printer. For a printer in this price range, I’m very satisfied not only with it’s quality, but also it’s diversity to print from either it’s tray or it’s rear feeder. It’s capability to print on discs makes it a go to printer for me.
Kyle –
Great printer. This printer can print from amazing pictures to business brochures.
Mike –
I like the idea of 5 ink cartridges , where if you only use one color you can change that one , not like HP where you must replace a tri color cartridge, and waste the other 2 colors.
cweb74 –
This was a recent purchase. I looked at plenty of reviews of printers and decided on the Canon Pixma TS9520. The only reason this is not getting 5 stars is because it is required to lift the front panel to perform a print. Yes you can leave it up all the time, but I think this was poorly designed. It’s nice and sleek when closed up and it could not have been that difficult to design this to automatically flip up when printing. So if I’m in another room and want to print from my phone, it will not print until I’m at the printer and lift the front panel.
RichardP –
Pretty easy to set up and figure out how to operate it.
louie –
So far so good, had to wait a while for it to be available. The ink is easy to install.
MetalMegadeth –
I do not trust any canon printer they loose wifi connect do not buy it. if u want best printer go for brother laser printers
SilentBuffalo –
This printer is working great, good color photos. Delivery and packed well.
Daisyy –
Love it! Prints extremely fast. Connects with my phone through the app so I print from ny phone when I don’t feel like using my PC. Best decision to ourchase this printer.
mileszappa –
Good printer, but very quirky & more complicated than it needs to be-you must raise the front panel to allow it to print; the paper catcher interferes with the paper tray when loading; you have to pull out the back paper support about a foot- a lot of little things. It does a good job printing, & photos are good & clear.
RaymondA –
Got this to replace my old Pixma MX922 and I was surprised as it’s not as flimsy as it first appeared. The only difference with this model is that it cannot fax. Otherwise, the functions are very similar and this model can print onto CD’s as well. Have basically used for scanning and documents and the ADF works well. ONE NOTE: the copy function can sometimes default to the wrong feed source (paper tray vs. rear feed slot) so if this occurs, you have to manually correct via the touch screen under copy and tap the word settings to change the paper source. Other than that… so far, so good. Only other complaint – would be great to have an option to change the touchscreen and add more color to it.
siuuisuta –
Finally set this up. The machine is a decent size. Unpacking, untaping, and inserting ink cartridges was a breeze. Set-up wasn’t as smooth as with my Pro-200. For some reason the website in downloading drivers, etc got stuck in a loop. So I suppose that is a website issue. However, I was able to call Canon and a representative helped me to set it up. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He also told me an easy way to get it on my older computer. One thing to note is the difference between ink replacement plan and print per page plan. This printer is only for the ink replacement plan. The Print per page plan doesn’t support this printer. But if you don’t want that plan, it is not a deal breaker. Also note that if you have more than one device to print from, you have to install the program on each device. (Maybe this is a new and standard thing now, but it wasn’t with my old printer. So I was a bit surprised.) I will write more later when I have used it more. I reserve the right to edit this review.
BA9999 –
Overall the printer is goo. Prints are good. I have a couple some complaints. The control panel must be pulled out BEFORE you can print or scan. And if you forgot and then open the panel the app (which one has to download separately from the driver) won’t recognize its now open and you have to kill the app and start the whole process over again. My old HP 7520 never had this problem. Also, I think I had read reviews that the printing was no fast but I was amazed as to how slow the scan or app (with preview on) takes to start up and complete.
Elizabeth –
Hard to install if you have windows s but it can be done. On regular windows 10 no problem! Does everything we wanted it to do and more!
Lins –
This is a pretty decent printer for the money. I agree with other reviewers that the paper tray is a bit small, though it’s still bigger than most HP models. I have it hooked up with the ethernet port and had no trouble getting it connected. It does a good job of remote scanning/printing, but you do have to have the front panel open to print. It has been a good experience so far.
Briana –
Not a bad printer but much noisier than I expected
JoeK –
This is a replacement for a previous Canon and the brand does not disappoint. Now Airprint enabled, so prints from iPad and also Android phone. Prints quickly and quietly. Good item and the Best Buy price was cheaper than a “discount” provider quoted me. Good Job Best Buy!
LoveFirestick –
So far this is a great printer. It has the ability to print a DVD or CD label which is why I purchased it. I don’t care for the idea of having to pull up the front of the printer and pull out the slide for the paper to come out after printing but other than that minor inconvenience I love it.
DarleneR –
this is a great little printer for kids and teens.
FernandoS –
Overall the printer was good and excellent pricing for the product.
MargaretM –
Easy to set up, easy to use, beautiful photos. Works from phone or laptop.
GregoryW –
So far this printer has worked great. I replaced an old Canon MX920 printer that didn’t work so well anymore. I really like the Canon printers because the ink colors are in individual cartridges that can be replaced more cheaply that other printers brands.
EricC –
Our printer was easy to setup, connect to our laptop and has worked very well.
One added benefit is it uses the same ink cartridges as our old Cannon printer!
BBuser58 –
I get an error message that says to do the obvious things I already did. If that doesn’t work take it for service. Really?
KellyL –
Great printer. Excellent color. Love the all in one option having fax, scan, print, copy. Auto copy feeder is a nice feature.
PhilipG –
Easy setup out of box, configuring with devices simple and has good speed.
