Owned for 6 months. Love it! I down loaded app. I am notified when warming or timer is complete. Stainless steal easy to keep clean. Looks beautiful all the time. Performance is excellence. Takes some time to reach desired temp. Food cooks evenly.

So far this is a great oven. The fan is quiet which is nice since our last unit was quite loud. I wish this did not show fingerprints so much so you have to be careful how you open and close the door to limit that. Beautiful though. I hope it lasts 20 years like the GE oven it replaced.

This oven is by the best one I have ever owned. I was extremely impressed with this oven. It was super quiet and heated up rapidly but main thing it cooked evenly on all racks. Baking cookies was the test for me and passed with flying colors. Yes it was a little expensive but well worth the money. I’ve owned an Electrolux oven, zline and whirlpool and none even come close to this cafe oven.

This oven does everything. We have had it installed for two weeks and have already air-fried a chicken, air-fried sliced potatoes with Parmesan and rosemary and cooked perfect pastries. The thermometer which reads out on our phone is amazing!! Don’t know how we ever lived without this marvel. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves to cook.

Not here for more than 24 hrs so I have no idea how to evaluate the product.
Came without documentation/user manual .Installer not eager to answer questions..or didn’t know.
Delivery was a 4 hr window and yet another 4 hrs for pickup of old oven, so this was an all day affair not knowing until the last minute when item would arrive.
Pickup people dropped and broke oven to be removed an shattered glass at foot of driveway. Had to ask for clean up of glass.
The Oven came with no manual instructions or warranty card. Don’t know if it’s a returned model as it was unboxed outside my home.
The date of manufacture is 2019 . If it’s just an old model why did I have to wait 3 weeks for delivery because it was unavailable in warehouse.? Somewhat paradoxical.
The installers knew what they were doing but got impatient with an imperfect fit . They did what was required but seemed to have an edge.

We turned to Consumers Reports when our old Thermador oven failed beyond repair. CR recommended the Cafe oven. It has proven to work perfectly well. It has a simple single touch screen control that we really like.
