Great dishwasher. Durable design. Installation was easy really enjoy the stainless steel tub. Handle has a nice look. Controls on the inside of the dishwasher are easy to use and digital. Very impressive washer and a big upgrade from our previous. we especially love the third top rack, where we can keep thinner items like lids, knives, and measuring spoons. The bottle washer has also been an unexpectedly welcome feature. Overall though, my favorite features are the initial timer to let you know how long your runtime will be (this updates on the fly as you are changing settings), and the LED indicator to let you know when dishes are running that then changes to let you know when they are ready to be unloaded.
Aside from that, all of the components feel well made. the door and racks glide smoothly. The third rack isn’t particularly strong – it won’t break from normal use, but if you put your weight on it, it would do some damage.

This is a great 3 rack dishwasher. I find myself using the top rack for all cutlery and utensils more than the dedicated bins on lower area which I love. I forget that my dishwasher is running because its extremely quiet. Does not spot my glassware so there’s no need for adding a rinse agent. The door for the soap functions smoothly and can be closed easily. My only gripe is the door where the rinse agent goes is a bit sticky and frustrating at times (thus why I only gave it 4 stars on quality). Thankfully I don’t have a need to use it once I realized no spots could be seen on my glasses. Highly recommend!

I have had this dishwasher for over a month it is a good product but I feel like I liked my LG better. Sometimes have to run it twice to wash the dishes correctly. But it was the only one in stock when I need a dishwasher bad.

We went through 3 cafe dishwashers (double door units) before settling on this model. So far it has been excellent! We currently have cafe fridge and cafe double oven and they look beautiful. This was a perfect addition to the kitchen. Quality of the unit is much better than the double door unit and it cleans very well. It is also east to load and provides multiple adjustments to compensate for larger or smaller dishes. Additionally, it give you nice indicator on the door to show you when it is running and when it is done. Unlike many other dishwashers, the top display is a nice touch… giving you some idea as to how long the cleaning cycle will run based on your cleaning cycle selections. I would have liked to see the water bottle jets set on the lower rack, since most of my water bottles are too tall to fit on the upper rack, but I understand why that would be difficult to engineer. So far, we are very satisfied!

The dishwasher works fine, but the doors have started to crack, and GE says it is a cosmetic issue. I have had the dishwashers less than 6 months, the cracks were not there to start but are now growing. I spent I lot of money on a full GE suit of appliances, and the quality and service are unfortunate.

I have the dishwasher for about a month so far
It works fine . It’s much roomier than the last machine it’s easy to stack dishes cutlery glasses pots and pans. I like the the idea of being able to adjust the shelf heights. The top shelf for long knives or flippers is also great. The only thing that l don’t like is the length of time of the drying cycle . Otherwise l would have given it 5 stars

Very frustrating. The dishwasher is always beeping, locking and unlocking, and will not just simply turn off. Trying to unlock the panel is even worse. Your supposed to push the button for 3 seconds and thats it. Iv spent over 10 minutes at a time trying to unlock it. Then for some reason it always locks itself again. While washing dishes, or empty and not running, its always beeping and making noise. Im about ready to put my old dishwasher back in.

Don’t do it. Use a different brand. We have the entire Cafe line for our kitchen and the dishwasher has broken for the fourth time in TWO years and won’t unlock. The fridge handle won’t stay on the fridge. They claim it’s a nice line but like a nice line shouldn’t have this many issues in an appliance in TWO YEARS. I shouldn’t have to buy an extended warranty just to cover FOUR issues in TWO years on a dishwasher. I just want to run my dishwasher and it’s insane. Oh, and the technicians don’t carry parts for anything so they’ll charge you multiple trip fees. Don’t do it.

This is the worst and most expensive dishwasher i have purchased. Do not be fooled into buying this dishwasher. You have to pretty much wash your dishes prior to putting it inside. It does not dry your dishes even in the ultra mode which will run your cycle for close to 4 hrs. Its constantly dirty on the sides so a cleaning cycle is mandatory every week to two weeks. Its just an overall horrible dishwasher. There is a seam inside (picture attached) where you can even see the glue coming through. My dishwasher is 3 months old.
