    I bought this at best buy, and when i got home to install to my printer, my printer still read as an empty toner, that means this was empty. I tried resetting and turning on an off my printer and still giving me the message of “toner replacement. Replacing a toner with my printer was very straight forward and I replaced my toner on my printer couples of times. Obviously, the toner i bought was empty. I will going back to bestbuy and hope they will replace this toner.

    Always stick with printer brand refill cartridges for quality and reliability. Easy to install, test print came out great, clean and no errors. Had to reset the printer through the menu because it kept saying change toner but that’s a minor thing. Definitely will keep using this product for my home/business needs.
