WORKAHOLIC –
We have our own scan and file program to the system and it doesn’t care to work with it very well. I also do not like going back and forth from ADF to flatbed. My old brother use to recognize when to do either on it own and accepted the Paperport program. Sometimes you need to do one project that goes multiple times from ADF to flatbed. I would recommend only if you don’t have to do much scanning so less switching.

It works great! I like that we can print from our phones in the office. The one drawback is that it doesn’t hold more paper. Constantly having to reload.

I like it it prints quickly especially if your printing a lot of pages but the rest is confusing. I don’t know if it’s because I’m using a Mac instead of windows but I can’t seem to get it to scan and just to get someone from geek squad it’s about $100 or maybe more depending on if they can fix the problem in the time they were given or not. I would not recommend simply because yes it prints well but that’s not the only reason why I bought it.

I do have here and there small issues on few printers, but overall it is a best buy.

I love the Brother All-in-one Laser Printer. We purchased 5 of them for our offices. The only downside is it will not print or scan two sided documents. You must send them through twice.

The printer overall is not bad. The scanner is the WORSE. I found myself scanning up to 15 documents at least 12 times before it goes through which is very frustrating. I replaced the drum unit with a Brother drum unit and every time I get a malfunction error; however, if I order an after market drum unit it works fine and is cheaper.

Printer pauses after each page. Supposed to print 42 pages per minute but it takes almost 6 minutes to print 42 pages. Also the max you can print is 99 pages at a time. Display doesn’t show quantity or how low ink is.

It prints nice, but doesn’t have a double sided scanner. For something so expensive it should. I had to return it for this issue.
