I appreciate how easy this printer is to connect to my network and set up. I can easily print from my laptop, phone or tablet. Printing is much faster than with my old printer and the output is of great quality. My old printer was color and this one is black and white. I went with black and white because of the smaller footprint and light weight. I am very happy with this Brother printer.

I just bought the MFC-L2750DW printer. As part of the installation, there is the scanning software Paperport 14.5. Only problem is that Paperport 14.5 doesn’t work well with Windows 10 without patch 1! The Paperport 14.5 was released in 2015 yet Brother Printers with scanning capability has yet to include the patch in their software even though hundreds of thousand of Brother printers have been sold over the past 8 years. What kind of Customer Service is this? FIX THE PROBLEM and release the patch and also include it in any new software.

I just wish the display screen was a little larger, when I am in a hurry, the small buttons on the screen are hard to hit with my large hands.

There is no better printer than a brother printer to have at your side for all of your needs. This particular model is one of the best low priced models. The MFC L2750DW scans, duplex, and prints duplex. But the other thing that I love about this is it’s connectivity to online storage services. You can literally program your printer to automatically scan in black-and-white or color, one side or two sides, and upload the document in PDF or JPEG format to your favorite online storage platform. Do it!

I’ve been recommending Brother laser printers and multi-function machines to my clients for the past 25+ years; this machine is another in their long line of decently-priced, well-made workhorses. If you don’t need color printing – and most business applications really don’t – a Brother laser is the most cost-effective, reliable option in the small office/home office realm.
If your office prints/copies tens of thousands of pages per month, don’t buy this – lease one of those refrigerator-sized monsters and let the leasing company deal with maintenance. But if you use a few reams of paper per month, this machine will cover your needs nicely.
This machine can scan and print over USB, WiFi, or Ethernet; I recommend Ethernet (i.e. plugged directly into your home/office LAN) if you can manage it. It’s _almost_ as simple to set up as plugging in USB, and much more stable/reliable once it’s set up.
It’s a monochrome (black/white) laser printer, but of course it scans in color; it’s not designed for high-end photographic reproduction, but for business or Web work it’s very good.
If your office still needs to fax documents (hello, doctors!), this machine does it very well; Brother (via their Intellifax line) has a lot of experience making fax machines, and they haven’t forgotten how. There are multiple configuration options in case you have to deal with a bad phone line or a weird, incompatible fax machine on the other end; on the other hand if you don’t need to mess with that stuff, it Just Works.

It’s a good printer but the direct and wifi connecting is such a big problem. Always disconnects. We changed 3 WIFI so it’s pretty safe to say that it’s not the wifi itself. It’s a pretty average printer.

After several hours of attempting to connect wirelessly the MFC-L2750 to any of my computers, I have exhausted my patience. It doesn’t help that “Support” is not available on weekends nor does it help that no one at Brother seems to have an email address. I have an older version of the printer in another location and encountered no such difficulties, nor at least in the last decade have I had this much problem with any other product or software I’ve owned. The printer well may work, but the company is defective YMMV.

I can pretty much guarantee that after 2 years, you will have a major malfunction with the scanning on this machine, most likely having to do with the document feeder. I have had 2 of these. One failed after 2 years, one after 1 year. The parts to the document feeder will cause the machine to throw off errors that Brother will not help you with. One of the errors is a “document too long-jam” error, which cannot be rectified even after removing the paper. The machine ill stay on jam forever, and it will become ready for the landfill. What a terrible waste. See the error message. You will not be able to get rid of it.

Printer works great and it fast. Replaced a HP Inkjet. We mostly print documents so losing color is trade off we were willing to deal with. No longer am I in need of overpriced cartridges or in my case, damaging 3rd party cartridges. Scanning works great as well and all the devices in our home connected to it right away.

The Brother MFC-L2750DW printer that I just bought does not seem to be of the same quality as my older MFC-840D. I was also disappointed that it required me to download APS from the App Store. I am still not able to scan documents even after speaking with the Brother helpline.
