This works well when it works, but it goes in and out of wifi a lot — all by itself. I have to remove and re-add to my printer list on a regular basis. I am connected to two other printers and never have that problem, but the point of having this one was to have it next to me instead of walking back and forth to inconvenient printers (that work). It prints and copies beautifully.

All we need is black and white printing, so for us this model does all we want — printing, copying and scanning. (We don’t use the fax feature.)

I bought this printer MFC-L2710DW when it was delivered the woman reach down on my porch and drop it 1st. red flag
the packing was great after I took it out of the box I inspecting it for damages 2nd flag. their were mere marks on the sides the window had scratches on it little window this printer was suppose to be new but it’s used.So am taking it back and complain about the condition it was in 3rd red flag. the customer service was very bad they put you on hold for a long time I waited 48 mins before I got someone try to speck to the manager is like pulling hens teeth.

I love Brother printers. They last FOREVER! And toner doesn’t dry out like ink does, so even if the printer isn’t used often, it works whenever you need it. This is a great all-around unit. It’s not fancy, but I didn’t need fancy.

My wife and bought this because of the great price and features. It was an easy setup even at my age if 70, even connected my phone to it by Bluetooth. The only problem has been when she was trying to print labels for Christmas snd it jammed on the second sheet and had to finish by inserting one at a time. Otherwise it’s been a nice machine.

Very happy with this and similar Brother units. I have one at my office and home. The outgoing fax line is loud ( haven’t figured out how the make it quiet. It best to use original toner and drum units. After market brands not nearly as good. I would give it 5 stars if it was quieter, and if the Drum and Toners would be a little bit less expensive.
