This machine is fantastic and having 2 ‘boilers’ saves a ton of time especially if you’re making lattes for more than 1.

It is as good as all of the reviews I have read or heard. Was easy to set up and use. Makes delicious espresso beverages with little to no effort.

am writing to review the Breville Oracle Touch, a multi thousand dollar machine. If you’re like me you came on here to check to see if other customers are having issues with their devices and if they are well supported. What you see is people having problems and then some chipper sounding person reply that they will totally take care of you. My device has been broken for months, a common problem found by many other people online, the machine sputtering hot steam at random even with the device turned off. A nice sounding person replied to my complaint about lack of support and gave me a special way to reach out. They said they would send a box over a month ago after ignoring our complaints for a month. We have had a broken device for months and support will not reply to our emails. Run away from this company, as they are not the customer focused company they are pretending to be.

I bought this machine about 9 months ago and it worked great for about 2 months where it began making extremely loud vibrating noises that would persist even after turning off the machine, only stopping if I physically unplug the unit. This only happened when it sat at temperature for a few minutes and would persist until cooling off, which makes me concerned it has something to do with too much heat or pressure which is potentially unsafe.
I initially reached out to Breville and they offered to replace the unit as it was within 90 days, but Breville followed up to say they would be unable to because they did not have any stock and I would have to wait potentially months for a replacement. They offered a repair which meant I had to package it up, haul it to UPS, and had no coffee at home while it was gone. This helped for about 4 months after which the exact same issue reoccurred. After contacting Breville they would not replace the machine because it’s now past 90 days, even though it is the exact same issue and they now have it in stock. They did again offer to repair the machine which again requires packing it up, bringing it to UPS, and waiting without coffee for it to be repaired.
For such an expensive machine I think this is completely unacceptable and I would never buy this machine or any other from Breville after the experience I have had. Recommend avoiding this product at a minimum and possibly Breville as a whole.
