    It’s a cutting board, …, a nice cutting board. It fits perfectly on top of the Smart Oven, which saves trying to find another cabinet spot for it. It has been very useful and durable during the short time we have had it.

    Great item to put on top of the air-fryer so we can safely place other trays, etc above it safely, both during cooking and after for storage. Not using as a cutting board. Also a nice finishing touch for the air fryer. It’s a bit pricey, after spending so much on the air fryer, but glad we bought it

    I don’t use it as a cutting board but use it as a top shelf to set HOT things on when you take them out of the oven. Stays cool on top while the bottom feet can take the heat below. Works Perfect.

    This is a great cutting board. Wood, and I guess bamboo, doesn’t dull your knife and doesn’t harbor germs & bacteria the way plastic does. And it has rubber feet so it doesn’t slide. Two thumbs up Breville.

    This cutting board is beautiful and well-made, and although it is a cutting board we haven’t used it as such, not that there is anything wrong with it but because our Breville oven is fairly close to an overhead cabinet, and we use it on top of the oven to protect the cabinet from the heat from the oven. It does a very good job in this regard and can also be used to keep dishes warm when the oven is in use. Just make sure to place the cutting board within the area designated by Breville on top of the oven. Highly recommended for whichever use you decide on.

    This is a high quality cutting board that fits perfectly above the Smart Oven Air. It has rubber feet that raises it above the oven itself and allows air and heat to escape. The feet also fit perfectly in the indents on top of the oven. The board itself is very thick and sturdy. I can’t say how well it actually functions as a cutting board since I mainly purchased it to control the heat emanating from the oven and to also keep the top of the oven clean. That said, it’s really expensive for what it is and you can easily find a thick bamboo cutting board around this size for a lot cheaper. However, if you’re looking for one that fits this specific oven perfectly, you don’t really have a choice, unfortunately.

    Unfortunately this item is a requirement depending on you positioning of the smart oven. Mine is under a counter so it was essentially required. Thankfully it’s nice to look at and of a high quality.

    A bamboo cutting board with feet. Just what I was looking for and hard to find. Seems well built and solid thickness. Wish it was a little more square than rectangle but I’ll get used to it. Don’t own the oven that it goes with, just wanted the board.

    I really wanted to love this product.

    It is very well-made, and quite aesthetically pleasing, with the exception of the fact that it has, Braville burned into either side that you turn it. I prefer not to see brand names, staring at me from all corners of my kitchen.

    But my real issue with this product, is the way that it echoes the sound of every chop from underneath the board. Not only does it echo, but it amplifies the sound. I find it almost unbearable to prepare anything on my granite countertops with this thing.

    We use it on top of our Breville oven. It helps to stop heat from escaping from the top of the oven, and it also prevents the cabinets above the oven from getting hot. We haven’t used the board to prepare food, so I can’t comment on that, but it does a great job with “heat management“. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

    Recommended by Breville for placement on top of oven. It sits on top of my oven for the past 2 months. Have never used as a cutting board so far. The ends are constantly sitting in the steam from the side of the oven. So far, no deleterious effects noted.
