Best and the most simple expreso machine that you could buy. It has built-in coffee recipes which makes you look like a real Barista expert. Would recommend to anyone and the price is all worth it.

This machine makes amazing espresso drinks. But only after owning it for about 2 weeks, the steamer started acting up. Please see the picture that i’ve posted. The machines basically shuts off in the middle of the milk steaming process. Happened to me several times before I finally decided to return the unit. It gives you a message with “Error code: ER09” There’s nowhere in the manual on how this o troubleshoot this issue. Ended up looking online for answers, but ended up not getting a definitive answer. It seems like a lot of other users were experiencing the same problem. I hope this helps anyone in the market looking for an espresso machine.

This espresso machine engineering is superb. Dosing new beans is done without expensive tools and wasting time and precious coffee beans. It knows how to make all types of drinks and take guessing out of the making drinks. I even use it to warm up my almond milk to perfection. It’s worth every penny i spent on buying this machine. Can’t go weong with this.

Makes coffee drinks better than the well known coffee shops. My daughter worked at a coffee shop for a while and recently changed careers, so I got this machine for her to keep her skills up. She likes it bust is a little to advanced for her as she likes to weigh the shots and make finer adjustments on her own. I love it because it takes away a lot of the guess work. Perfect for me. We are really enjoying this machine.

Worth every penny! It makes the perfect espresso shot every single time and froths the milk perfectly to make beautiful latte art which I finally learned how to do. I have used the barista express before but this one is more hands-free and makes the perfect latte faster and I’m not wasting any beans from the times when I didn’t make the perfect shot with my barista express. I just love how this machine grinds and tamps the espresso shop for you making the perfect shot every single time. If you are a daily latte drinker then it will eventually pay for itself. It is so delicious and fun to make for friends and family.

An outstanding machine, seriously truly. My wife and I use the Touch Impress several times a day. We moved on from a Nespresso machine which used somewhat convenient pods, but it is quite nice not having to buy them anymore.
Every aspect of this machine is perfect. I say this from endless reading and searching, so I put in the work so you don’t have to. It took two tries initially to dial into the most desired grind size, which impacts how fast the coffee brews, which in turn also impacts the quality of your espresso. You want a brew length of 30 seconds to achieve your perfect espresso. After that, every single time, the rest of the coffee beans in the hopper needed no adjustment.
Just works all the time, every time. And tastes just like the expensive expresso when you buy out, when you use the recently roasted coffee beans.

I agonized over this purchase, but I am very happy. It’s easy to use and the quality of the drinks are fantastic. The machine is high quality and looks great on the counter. My only complaint would be the lack of ability to turn the temperature up. I make cafe americanos mostly and I would enjoy them a little warmer.

Was a wonderful product… WAS.
Started flickering and malfunctioning a couple times. I would just unplug it and start again… but then it malfunctioned during a brew then again during the frothing. Completely turned off and wont turn back on!!! Pretty upset for how much the machine cost.

This machine has it all but I found I had to press the espresso button to get enough volume of coffee for most drinks. Not sure what the problem is but I’ve had it for a week and I’m going to tak it back.

Once you have this rig dialed into the beans you’re using, it rips! Super easy to use. Makes perfect expresso, and perfect foam every time! I’m using this solely on RO water with low TDS so I’m guessing maintenance will be infrequent also. The only things I don’t like…filling reservoir, and touch screen is a little laggy. Once this gets a permanent spot I envision a hookup to water supply, and the laggy screen is combated with the ability to save custom settings.
