    The retractable part to hold phone broke, and now is useless after 2 weeks of purchasing. Just be a lot more careful. But is a great and useful product

    My phone kept falling out of it. I would return it but I’m in a different town now.

    The adjustable arms mechanism of the phone mount are decent features. They allowed me to position my phone at a comfortable viewing angle, minimizing glare and optimizing visibility. However, the mechanisms themselves felt somewhat stiff, making adjustments a bit cumbersome and requiring more effort than expected.

    I used this for a few days! It was good til it overheated and changed to the vent clip and the sides let go of my phone! If it had a bottom like others do i would have kept it! I returned it and ordered similar one off of Amazon that is better that holds my phone!

    It can hold any size phone and is sturdy on the dashboard. The charging portion overheats my iPhone

    Bought this for my iPhone 14. After a couple of days my phone dropped from it while I was driving, the springs broke and will not hold my phone anymore. Terrible purchase. I am unable to get to a Best Buy to return it, I live 2 hours away from the nearest one.

    Works pretty well. The grips could be a little longer and you have to position the phone correctly if you want it to charge.

    Moved it and it doesn’t stick as well since doing so. Also if you have a pop socket, it’s difficult to hold your phone where you want it.

    I originally thought this was going to be a fantastic option to both have a great stand for my phone but also a charging solution. I quickly found that this is cheaply made and prone to breaking. I have went through two of these that both failed in the exact same way: the inner mechanism breaking and giving no tension to hold the device. After the second one failed I just requested my money back and I CANNOT recommend this at all.

    Suction cup doesnt adhere to dashboard well. Phone holder grip on phone is excellent.

    I used it to charge my iPhone in the car.It took way too long I thought I was still using the old charger with the usb.very disappointing.im only glad I got it on sale for $20.

    Adhesive is trash and the whole thing is made cheap. Doesn’t hold the weight of iPhone 11 . You get what you pay for

    I was looking for an inexpensive yet quality phone holder for my car because I have been using my phone’s GPS more frequently. It’s easy to set. The suction cup is strong and has stayed on my windshield for a few weeks now. I have no reason to believe the suction cup grip on the windshield will let go. I did find that the suction cup wasn’t very strong on the dashboard, so I would recommend sticking it on the dash. It can be a bit of a struggle to fir the phone in the holder, but once the phone is in it stays securely.

    This phone holder/charger works OK. Most of the time, the clip secured it to the vent slats, but it can slip off. I do like the way it attaches better than other holders I’ve used. This has a small lever to tighten the fit. Others have a spring activated button that is often hard to find.
    I’d give it a higher rating if it was easy to use with gloves on. When it’s really cold in the car & you want to use it, it’s inconvenient to use. The price was right.

    It broke today. The spring that makes the arms work failed. I’ll be returning soon. Had it for about 3 weeks. Thankfully I still have the box.

    Mount stays on the dash with supplied sticky pad very well. Only down side is you have to perfectly position the phone in the mount for it to charge.
