    The mount worked for a while, but stopped working once it got warm out. I think the sun effected the adhesive on the mount

    This product ruined my phone. I put the magnet between my phone and phone case as instructed. The next day my phone would not turn on. The magnet fried my phone’s battery and ruined the inside panel of my phone. After I paid to have my phone repaired I tried for over a week to contact Bracketron to discuss what happened. I emailed, tried to chat online, and tried to contact by phone. I was unsuccessful via all attempts. I have not received a return call, email, or chat response. Do not buy this product. Do not support this company.

    I returned the item because with my iPhone and my car Kona it wouldn’t fit on my window or dashboard. Plus the magnets even though they stated it would be usable with the case they didn’t. To use the magnets I’d have to not have my protection case on my phone.

    If you have a subcompact car it won’t fit on the window or dashboard and if you use a protection case the magnets won’t work.

    I was disappointed for I was looking for something that would hold my phone in pace while driving.

    This thing worked great for 2 days then it fell on the floor and got carpet fibers on it so it won’t stick to anything now! Tried to return it but was over the 15 day window so not happy with Best Buy either for selling a substandard product in the first place.

    Strong and easy to mount but when it becomes too hot on the car dash – because of hight temperature outside – the suction part becomes loosening.

    This product is excellent, i really enjoy the convenience while im driving, and its easy to install, the only issue is when the temperature gets really hot outside, sometimes it might detach from the dashboard.

    This mount has been great for me and does exactly what I want. The only two downsides I’ve found are that it occasionally detaches from my dashboard and needs to be replaced. The plate to allow for the magnet also blocks my phone from wireless charging, which is something that may vary depending on where you place it.

    FINALLY! A car mount that can hold my S22. ALL have been too small,.magnet too weak, mount too weak. I have a drawer full. This will not only hold my phone but my Otterbox as well.

    The suction is not strong enough to hold to dashboard. The sticky pad is not sticky enough to hold suction cup. Every time I get in my car even if I just run into the store it has toppled over. The quality, value, and ease of use is good but if you can’t use it those things don’t matter.

    I used it only 3 times before it would not stick to my phone case anymore. Even the suction would not stick to my dashboard after the 2nd use. Very unhappy with this product.

    The magnet works very well and it’s thin so it doesn’t make your phone bulky or anything. Most importantly, the base actually stays in place even with the weight of the phone.

    The only part of it that stinks is the adhesive on the back of the magnet. I’ve got a thin, rubbery phone case and initially tried to adhere it to the case and it stayed up until I removed my phone from the holder, at which point the magnet came right off my phone case and stayed on the holder (magnetic pull is much stronger than the adhesive). I did try putting it directly on my phone after that but the case prevented the magnet from sticking. I ended up using super glue and now it works fine but they should really include a small tube of glue with the case.

    Needed a way to hold my 5” back up screen. The old bracket got in the way and rattled. This gives me more options to mount different items. I recommend this hands down

    I wasn’t sure that this would be as good as it claimed to be and it wasn’t. It turned out to be TOTALLY OUTSTANDING and has performed absolutely EXCELLENTLY especially for the conditions that I have exposed it to!!!!!! It holds my phone securely, the mount is rock solid and it has not failed me under any of the circumstances I have subjected it to. Even when turning quickly to overtake another vehicle, crossing medians or any number of extremely punishing maneuvers that I perform in my patrol vehicle have caused this product to malfunction. It has proven itself to be money extremely well spent!!!!

    I bought an open box and it was not sticky at all. I had to return also. I encourage to thoroughly access and try to reuse returned products before display for resale even at any discounted rate. Best buy is known for selling best products.

    Bought this for my wife’s car. The magnet backing works great but the adhesive for the mounting portion itself failed after about 2 months even though I cleaned the dash very well prior to installing. If you purchase this product I would recommend installing it on one of the round disks that you can put on the dash separately from the mount.
