Complicated to use, the touch screen is not very sensitive. I do not recommend it. Overpriced for what it offers

40 years ago I remodeled this house with Western Holly gas appliances. Recently we smelled gas in the kitchen and I needed something 36 inches long. We needed to make the width bigger and the operation is a success. The induction cook top works as efficiently as gas. The iron is hot right away and dialing the heat down from 9 to low is fast also. Sometime I now need to redo the counter top and backsplash.

  3. Norwalker

Fantastic product. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Previously had a Viking induction cooktop that cost twice is much. This one is better!

signed up for bestbuy credit card, purchase bosch refrigerator/dishwasher/cooktop/oven. had citi raise my credit limit to 12.5k to fit entire purchase. done. bestbuy sends email stating purchase couldnt be complete due to payment information being incomplete. looking at order, only 4999 is charged (guessing related to original credit limit). called citi bank. they confirmed hold up, did something said was good. get email soon after from citi stating my account may have fraudulent activity and call them or else future orders may be cancelled. called citi again, they acknowledged fraudulant alert and cleared it. i explained situation and asked if my current order would process fine. they confirmed yes. two hours later, best buy sends email that my order is cancelled.

its been a terrible ride so far…

i will be calling again tomorrow…
