Still a new user- Stylish and Working well, smaller oven so issue with large items-ie: larger pizza’s, cooks evenly and well, but takes 10 to 15 minutes to warm up – hence the wifi to turn on from phone. Not sure if one needs a double convection oven, but we only had two choices to prevent having to replace entire combo when microwave goes out. still learning about the combo’s does and don’t’s and using both more traditionally as of now. Microwave is an 1000 watts

We are about to have the 3rd Bosch oven/microwave wall unit installed. This microwave has failed and was not repairable both times it failed and the repair company has finally deemed it unrepairable after 3 months and 8 service calls. And we ordered the new 3rd replacement oven/microwave combo unit on Saturday and we have to wait for another 2 months for it to be installed. So when the new unit is installed we will have been without a microwave for ~ 5-6 months and this is with an extended warranty from BestBuy. My advise, don’t buy Bosch and don’t buy from BestBuy.

The ovens are wonderful although i have not experimented with the convection part of the microwave. The ovens work great. Others have stated that it takes a long time to pre-heat the oven but i do not believe it is any longer than my old whirlpool. The beep on the oven is good, but must agree that the sound on the microwave is very low even on the high setting. You just have to remember that you have something in there or you find yourself heating again.

Absolutely fantastic. Oven heats up fast and cooks evenly. Love the built in thermometer too. The microwave is wired to the oven and then oven hard wired (4 wire) to the outlet. Doesn’t need to be installed as one unit (comes as two separate units). Love the simple lockout for the panels to clean fingerprints off too.

I love this Bosch convection wall oven. Since covid 19, I’ve waiting for this item for 6months and finally I got it. It makes my kitchen look fantastic and the features are great. The convection feature is amazing! It preheat so fast and automatically air flows out so the food smell is not staying in there after food heating.

We bought this in June 2020 and pretty quickly had to have the control board replaced in the microwave in the first year. In the second year, I used the self clean option which completely rendered the oven useless. We attempted to have the control board replaced in the oven twice, which didn’t fix it. Bosch advised to replace the entire unit. We purchased a 4 year protection plan on it but the retailer will only cover the original cost of the unit ($3500) and we are supposed to pay the difference. So we are supposed to invest $1000 more into a defective appliance? An appliance that’s had problems since day one. Why even have a feature like self clean if it destroys the unit?! I’ve had low end appliances last longer than 2 years. We bought Bosch for the perceived quality and high end value. We bought $13k worth of Bosch appliances and we are extremely regretful for doing so. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Bosch. Now we are out an oven that is back ordered 12 months.

It’s very high end looking and works fantastic. We swapped out a double oven for this and only had to pad up and inch on the bottom and it fit right in. The installers were great and I am very happy with the general functions of the unit and especially like the Wi-Fi capabilities. Recommended.

Not happy at all. Purchased this unit in February 2022 ,April of 2022 control board went out on microwave. NO success from Best Buy to have this corrected. November 2022 still not repaired. Best Buy won’t refund us will only order a replacement which is impossible to order. Very, Very disappointed.

We installed an 800 Series combination oven in 2018. In 2020 the door spring broke on the microwave/convection oven and we had to replace the entire door (you cannot replace just the spring). Now it is 2022 and the door spring just broke AGAIN!
At this rate, in 10 years we will spend as much on replacement doors as on the original unit!

The oven works great but the upper part that has a microwave does not work and now we have to wait until it gets replace we don’t know how much longer . There were several dents on back of the oven that could be the cause of damage to microwave. Please when they deliver your oven make sure you inspect for damages before you pay for installation fees of something that does not work.
