The delivery crew would not open this. When my installed opened it was dented on the bottom oven door. Best Buy was of no help so we went back to Bosch-they are replacing the door I would not like to buy from Best Buy again.
Disappointed –
My ovens arrived after fits and starts (2 months!) with BestBuy-they blamed Bosch for the delay and of course Bosch said they were full of it. My ovens worked for 3 days after install- another 3 weeks without an oven and it came down to a wire that wasn’t properly attached from the factory. This was only discovered after 3 more visits from my friendly repair guy and an electrician! Now the oven randomly acts like someone has touched the panel (15-20 times per day). That’s not the irritating part, it doesn’t actually turn on, but if you have the oven on when it does this random act it will shut your oven off! I called Bosch, they said call the repair guy (we are now on a first name basis). He came out, and of course had to call Bosch, who promptly told him that it’s a “known” issue and told him to call back every Friday to see if there is a fix ready. Not what I’d call good customer service! Why not notify all the customers who have these units #1 that a problem exists and #2 when there is a fix! I have a Bosch dishwasher, cooktop and microwave…they are great, but I’m waiting for the other shoe to fall!

Very easy transaction with Pacific Sales personnel from Best Buy – Elk Grove! Installation person was wonderful! He spent 2 hours to make adjustments to our cabinet in order to fit the new Bosch double oven. Love my Bosch double oven! Looks wonderful & updates my kitchen. Two good sized ovens will make my holiday family dinners easier. So far, everything I have baked & cooked in the ovens have come out wonderful! Highly recommend the unit, Best Buy/Pacific Sales, & the installation company sent by Best Buy!

These Bosch appliances are a big upgrade from the GE (white) from the late 90’s. Conviction oven cooks food much more evenly than my conventional oven.

This is a good product. I have been using it for two weeks now and I recommend it . It is easy to install and operate. Let’s see in he long run and the warranties. I did buy Best Buy extended warranty, which will give me subject to talk in the future.

I just got these ovens and have only used them once, but I’m very pleased. The glass doors allow excellent visibility. The temperature seems accurate and the oven cooks evenly.

Buttons on Panel are very touch sensitive, so when cleaning or accidentally hitting the button whilst your using a device above
, in my case a microwave , could either tun off what youre cooking or turn on the oven.

We bought our Bosch oven in May 2020 during the pandemic. within 3 weeks we had stains develop between the double glass of the top oven. disappointed with horrible service from Bosch.
We contacted Bosch and at first they immediately agreed to take care of this issue.
We contacted the company Bosh authorizes for repairs they had received no authorization from Bosch.
We called Bosch and and they had no record of our call and at first refused to address the issue, eventually they only agreed for a service person to come out.
The service person confirmed that there were stains between the glass, He indicated glass needed to be removed to address.
We waited to hear back.
In September called, no approval from Bosch.

Only wish both ovens were convection, only one is just so you are aware. Works great though and was a super easy install. Looks awesome in place of the one we removed.

Near perfect and elegant looking oven. Love the large windows and dramatic lighting. The touch pad can be fussy if your hands are damp and always has fingerprints.

Love this oven! It works so much better than my old gas oven. I had read reviews that said it took too long to heat up. I say, “Not True”… it took much less time than the old gas oven. A very happy baker.

Love my oven, but the bottom doesn’t heat up to cook just blows cold air. No help from customer service and aggervated that only top is working. Am I missing something

Works great and is beautiful to look at. Love the telescoping rack but the best thing is that it holds its temperature which is critical for making pizza which we do often.

I’m disappointed in my oven. The first problem was that it was over five months from the time I ordered it until it was installed. Secondly, I hate the fact that warm air blows strongly into the room while the oven is on. I’m sure this will be a bigger problem during the summer months. The third dislike is the fact that you can see through the oven doors and I store cooking equipment in the oven when I am not using it. I expected better from a Bosch product!

These ovens are great once you learn the complexities with the settings and cooking modes. I’d highly recommend reading the manuals and getting a tutorial from the appliance store on usage.

Great oven. Easy to use. Love the fast preheat option. It was hard to find a 27″ double built in to replace our old oven. Best tip I can offer is make sure to measure the depth of the oven as well. This one was a little deeper than our previous oven.
