I bought this dishwasher and wanted it delivered and installed. The guy never showed up the first night and then when BBY delivered the dishwasher they said the installers put in the notes that they refuse to come do installation. He missed the first appointment then refused to even do the install.

Just purchased the Bosch 800 series dishwasher after evaluating all the high end ones. This seems like the best value for the money. All racks are adjustable & can fit large pots & separate rack for silverware. Going to try on my higher end flatware vs hand washing all the time.

Our 3 yr. old ASKO Dishwasher broke. We absolutely love our new Bosch. It cleans much better than our ASKO. The configuration is so flexible and we are able to wash so many more dishes. They consistently come out clean.
We love the ways we can adjust the confirgurations in the silverware rack and have room for larger items or smaller ones. We can move that rack up or down and it has 3 levels. We can also adjust the middle rack which makes it much easier to add more dishes depending on the types of dishes we have.
We are absolutely in love with this new dishwasher.

I’m very happy with my new dishwasher. It replaced a 17 year old series 800 model and I like the innovations they have introduced. My only negative is that it can be hard to open. Specifically the force required to open door due to tension of the door is significant more and you just fully open door or risk having the door slam shut.

I have had the unit for two weeks. It is super quiet, cleans and dries very well (I have only washed with the Crystal Dry setting), is simple to operate, and looks great. However, I found the bottom rack difficult to load. The bi-directional setup always seems to make the loading awkward with too much wasted space. And some of the rack holders protrude up and interfere with placement of the dishes.

deceptive pictures and went through a big process to get it fixed, make sure if you want this to get a custom faceplate made it will cost 600-700 dollars

According to the online photo this dishwasher had a white shaker style front panel. However, when I received it there was no front panel. I called the Geek Squad number and i was told that I needed to contact Bosch directly to get the panel. I called Bosch and after a wait I was able to talk to one of their agents and I was told that Bosch does not provide the panel and that I needed to get the panel custom made; nowhere in the item’s online descrption did it mention that the front panel was not included. I went in to the Colorado Mills store and worked with the supervisor David and we worked out an exchange. David provided excellent customer service. Best Buy needs to correct the description on there online ads so that it is “perfectly clear” that this item does not come with a front panel.

Bosch – 800 Series 24″ Top Control Built-In Dishwasher
During our kitchen remodel our old Bosch was badly damaged – so we decided to get the new version. Boy are we pleased! It’s the same size, but it holds more dishes and it seems to get them cleaner than the last unit. Very impressed!
And the Bosch folks even sent someone out to look at our dishwasher when it was originally damaged – it was 8 years old and they didn’t hesitate. There’s no other dishwasher in my books!

Very quiet dishwasher and efficient as well. Much better job than the Samsung dishwasher that leaked – would have repaired the Samsung but you can’t find a repairman to work on them and if you could find someone you can not find parts.

We purchased this dishwasher 4/2020.
2 years and 3 months later, the Heat Pump breaks and there is a hole in the Spray Arm Water Supply tube (see picture). The hole was caused by the drying fan.
Very disappointed in this Bosch product. There is no reason why the heat pump should break in a little over 2 years, and absolutely no reason for the water supply tube to develop a hole.
I thought Bosch was a manufacturer of high-quality appliances, but I was obviously mistaken.
