I’ve had the dishwasher for about a month. It’s quiet and cleans well. I’m giving 4 stars for 2 reasons.
1) The rinse agent reservoir is very small, so it needs to be filled frequently.
2) A red light shines underneath onto the floor to indicate the machine is running. However, there is no light to indicate clean status, which causes confusion in households with more than one person. Different people run the dishwasher, and with no indicator light at the end of the cycle , dirty dishes end up getting loaded with the clean ones.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. You don’t even know it is running. The dishes come out spotless and the cycles are adequate in length to clean off even the tuffest food left on the dishes.

Have only had this very expensive dishwasher for a little over 2 yrs and it is having major problems that will likely lead to needing a replacement. We are so sick. Do not buy this. $500 will get you a great rated GE. We won’t be fooled by popular brands like this again nor the higher price tag.

I love the Bosch products. I am disappointed that the display goes off during the wash cycle and all you get is a little red light while it is washing. You have to open the door to see how much longer the wash cycle has on it. I do like the fact that it is very quiet. The selection controls for this model are unduly cumbersome. They were not created with the user in mind!!!

Had nothing but problems with this for nearly a year – and now have to replace it because of a leaky tub. Cleaning performance is middle of the road. Drying performance even with CrystalDry and extra drying is also mediocre. Our panel needed to be reset at least once per week. And now the leaking tub causes the dreaded E15 error which requires us to flip a breaker to shut it off. Our old Kenmore was a much better dishwasher although it was louder. I’d take louder any day over this appliance.

Super quiet and cleans dishes great. I love the third rack for laying down large utensils, knives, etc. I also like that there is no exposed heating element on the bottom of the dishwasher so you can put plastic items on lower rack without worrying about them melting.

LOVE this dishwasher. The design/material of the third rack was the deal maker for us. The installers were great, but I don’t think the toe kick is installed quite right. We haven’t called the Geek Squad about it, yet.

We had a Bosch dishwasher for 10 years and it finally had to be replaced. We did our research and checked reviews, but everyone said they were out and they had no idea when they would have new models. I sat like snoopy playing a vulture as I watched online ready to pounce whenever I saw one. Finally one came up and we grabbed it! It was the 800 model instead of the 300 but we are completely satisfied! It is so quiet we had to put our ear right next to it to make sure it was filling up. The third rack makes it great for my utensils and everything gets so clean! I have black stainless on my other appliances so wish I could have found a model to match, but I am so happy with the clean and quiet it is really a non issue for me. My husband is also in awe. Fabulous machine!

Shocking how quiet it is, wish it would dry things better. Drawers are laid out very different from our old one, i think we’re able to wash the same load size as before but definitely harder to figure out where to put things.

5 stars for noise level. That’s the best thing about the machine. The racks are difficult to place things in and for the price you should have a choice of 3rd top racks. The silverware 3rd rack should not be an extra $50. The item also came damaged and now waiting for repair because I could not replace due to the item being out of stock again.

Nice dishwasher but hate the loud “click” when it latches. This happens whenever I lean against my counter if the door is closed but not fully latched. It is rather annoying. Maybe it wasn’t installed far enough under the counter but the handle sticks pretty far out. Love the dishwasher other that this.

Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. It replaces a 2015 model. I was told that due to how the water is setup in the house that a dishwasher wouldn’t work without a hot water booster under the sink. This works perfectly without that. And best of all it actually dries the dishes. I haven’t seen that in a dishwasher since the 70s model I used to own.

Super quiet. Does a good job of cleaning but some items such as forks with sticky residue do need rinsing first, despite the instructions that say not to rinse but only to scrape the dishes. I’d give 5 stars except the sprayer arm fell off after only 2 weeks. We were able to reattach and it’s had no further problems. Also we use a detergent tablet that includes a rinse aid but the dishwasher indicates we still need to use separate liquid rinse aid. My 20 yr old previous Bosch never had any of these issues.

So far so good and as quiet as they say! Have had this for 2 months now and loving it. The only way to know it’s running is by the red light that shines on the ground. My only negatives if you can call them that is you cannot use the short 60 minute cycle with the Crystal dry so my dishes were dripping wet. With Crystal Dry they are literally dry. The other pet peeve is every time you open the door to add a dirty dish as you shut it a loud beep sounds. Other than that it does what it should and is SO much better than my old dishwasher so I have no complaints. Love the 3rd rack too!

I bought this dishwasher 4 months ago and bought Total Tech, so Best Buy’s Geeksquad installed it. Whenever I try to run the dishwasher it flashes the error message “watertap” and does not run. Best Buy sent a Total Tech repair person and they changed the part they said was defective. After they changed the part, the dishwasher still had the same issue, so Best Buy sent that same repair person a second time. They changed another part, but the problem remained. So Best Buy sent a different Total Tech repair person (third attempt to fix this unit). The second repair person changed the same part, but this time, when the repair on the first part was done, the drain pump blew), and the initial problem (“watertap” error) still remained. So the second repair person had to come a second time (fourth attempt to fix it), and this time when they replaced the initially broken part and the drain pump (third attempt to change the part), the dishwasher still does not work – same error. So now this unit is sitting in my house, and still does not work.

We recently built a custom home and my previous home had had a Bosh dishwasher. My wife was complaint about the noise and how much she missed her Bosh. I bought this for Mothers Day and she said it’s the best gift ever, ha. Anyway she is very happy with it and the only way we know it’s running is the light bouncing off the floor.

Very disappointed with dishwasher. Rinse aid tray has never held liquid. Leaks all over the door. Constantly have film on dishes. Must prewash everything. Thought this had such high ratings and my expectations were also high. My old Fisher Paykel was a far superior dishwasher and wish I would have purchased that dishwasher for my remodel. Would not buy this again.

First of all, installation was very easy and definitely advise getting the kit when you buy one it will save a couple of trips to the hardware store. The interior of the dishwasher is laid out very user-friendly and some nice side rack options. I have owned this brand before and without a doubt will buy again if i move again that is. It gets the job done once! The crystal dry feature works as advertised!

This replaced my previous, long lasting Bosch dishwasher. Much the same except for the top/third rack for silverware. This new one is awful. It does not hold the utensils except for in a small area on one side. I had to search for a replacement rack which was like the old one. I think I found it, it has not arrived yet. The lower silverware holders do not fit my flatware, the openings are too small. Overall a big disappointment for a big price.

This is a review of Best Buy’s return/refurb documentation as much as of the actual item. While our experience was abysmal with this one, it is unclear how much of that was due to misuse prior to our purchase.
We found this dishwasher marked as a floor model, unused, and steeply discounted. We asked to verify that it had not been previously used and returned, and the store rep affirmed the only documentation on file was that it was a floor model. So, we purchased it.
Fast forward to installation – what should have been an hour’s operation, tops, turned into a full weekend of tripped breaker shutoffs, interrupted test cycles, filter cleaning that revealed it was clearly used (and not just a couple of loads, mind you – we had to scrub that filter), and headache. We ultimately could not make this dishwasher complete a full cycle without tripping and resetting the breaker, and we found a different (actually unused) floor model elsewhere that did install simply and run perfectly.
Kudos to Best Buy for their return policy, as they did accept the machine’s return easily, but not for their documentation on floor models and used products.

The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning and drying dishes. It is so quiet, we can hardly hear it running. The red light shining on the floor is helpful to know when its running.

The design of our initial Bosch dishwasher was great in that the top tray allowed for placement of 8-10 silverware settings so that when washed I could grasp all the forks, spoons or knives together for placement in a drawer. The new design doesn’t allow for that and uses two baskets placed in the bottom rack with irregular slots that take much longer to place the silverware into for cleaning.

This is the best dishwasher. So quiet and efficient. Our last Bosch dishwasher lasted 21 years. The top rack is very handy to have. I can get so many more dishes in here and everything comes out so clean. I am so blessed to have been able to purchase this.
