    Just follow the directions. If the phone you are using has ever been on sprint or boost you will have to call customer service.

    Didn’t work with Verizon, although on they’re website it said it was compatible. Took the L on 5$ was worth driving back to refund. Switched to Tello

    Best buy are usually quick and they know what they are doing, usually no issues, except 1 last time. Apple called for 99 payment but i called best buy to confirm and women said it wasnt them and my macbook got sent back saying refuse payment. Best buy should be in contact with apple so they are aware.

    I didn’t know that I would need this, but the nice young lady helping me at Best Buy said that I did need it for my “new” flip-phone. I have not tried either as yet, however, I am looking forward to a much better experience. She checked online, and she checked with her co-workers before recommending this product.

    It works for my smartphone. There was a time I could not make phone calls, or texts. I found out it was my SIM card and got it replaced at Best Buy. The sales lady was wonderful. She was a very big help.
