    Features are fine. Some improvements over previous BLU models. Unfortunately, as always with all BLU phones there’s a tendency towards ghost activity. Screens switch, functions not chosen take over active functions. It’s frustrating. BLU should try to get this under control at long last.

    Does a good work, but it doesn’t sync with all carriers… be very aware of it to avoid 45 dollars fee from bestbuy.

    I had this phone for six days and had a number of issues. This included frequent problems with getting my Bluetooth on and keeping it on.

    Worth the price. I had purchased originally as a open box but it didn’t fire up or anything. Had to head back to the store to get a new in the box phone…..happy thus far.

    The only thing I’m dissatisfied with the phone is the camera, but other than that it’s a great phone. Would only recommend it for storage or childs entertainment, but definitely not for business.

    I bought a BLU phone before with a large screen, so I decided to try out this one. The screen is big and apps are responsive. Android 13 is more polished than 11. The storage size is ample at 128 GB, and I was easily able to add a 256 GB Micro SD card. The fact that the phone comes with the normal charger, charging cable is to be expected but it also comes with a phone case (a bonus)

    One of the two phones I purchased has stopped working it won’t charge nor come on if tried to return it. They said two days and I still haven’t received anything. I’m so disappointed with all the run around I keep getting. And the product sucked. Won’t buy anymore of those phones .someone please get in touch with me

    Unsatisfactory Experience with Phone Purchase and Service.

    I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new phone, specifically opting for an unlocked device. However, upon inserting my SIM card, it became apparent that the phone was not working on cricket as advertised.
    Despite this being an error on Best Buy’s part, I was initially charged $45 for the return.

    After a prolonged discussion with the manager, the charge was reluctantly reduced to $25 afer purchasean other phone.
    This incident left me dissatisfied with the overall service and handling of the situation.
    As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial to bring attention to such discrepancies to ensure better service for others.

    I urge Best Buy to address these issues promptly, ensuring that customers receive the advertised and expected services without additional charges for errors beyond their control.
    This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope my feedback contributes to improvements in customer satisfaction.

    This phone is great. The service I got from the geek squad was terrible. They can talk you into getting a contract and then won’t accept it. The contract with the Greek squad is a joke on your phone.

    I had to return this as it wouldn’t stay connected to my WiFi. I’m home all day and have limited data plan so this was absolutely not okay
    Otherwise phone seemed ok when it was connected. 2nd home screen was populated and unable to be deleted
    For bargain phone for someone not dependant on WiFi could be an option
    Still waiting on my refund
