It’s a cheap phone but that’s what I wanted. Add a 64gb card at 32gb you’ll need it. Not bad for the price a little slow at times just don’t ask it to multitask. Nice display and it looks like it has 2 speakers on the bottom. Headphone jack and built-in FM tuner. For mom at this price it’s a good little phone. Mom likes it.

My daughter bought this phone because it was affordable and had good reviews. Within three weeks, the volume buttons stopped working and then fell off. For a while, she could control the volume via Bluetooth, but then that stopped working, and a few days later, the phone stopped turning on entirely.
I took it to Best Buy, and the gentleman who helped me said that the phone was defective but since it had been more than two weeks, it wasn’t eligible for a refund. I’m appalled, frankly, that Best Buy sells a product that breaks within three weeks and that they admit is defective, and yet don’t offer a replacement. Phones should last more than three weeks.

The phone is decent for the price it’s good as a starter phone but for me it’s not a phone that particularly had a lot of power behind it then again this is more of a cheap to mid-range phone with a cheap to metering chip for someone that’s going to be only using it for small test but it does get the job done but long-term in my opinion I would go for a more upscale budget Range phone or a flagship phone but once again this phone is a decent phone for anyone that’s one to get there first phone without all the bells and whistle

Great value for a travel phone with dual SIM feature. Does not include a screen protector so be sure to get one for it. Easy set up & navigation.

I was going to give it a four but as soon as I got a few apps the ram speed died. It sometimes has moments of lag that see very visible. If there was more ram or has a better processor then this phone would be a solid 4! This is considering the price and type of phone it is classified under.

Best Buy did not manufacture the phones but they sold them at a good price and am happy. Problem is I can’t hang onto a phone so will probably be getting another from them pretty soon 🙂
