    This worked nicely with my 2009 Mac Pro’s mini dvi port, I did not have any luck with my 2012 MacBook Pro thunderbolt port. There were rumors of backward compatibility, but not with this unfortunately. Still a solid piece of hardware, just not compatible with thunderbolt ports. I would give a 5 star if it was backwards compatible.

    I didn’t think I would find this VGA adapter for my older Apple laptop and ordering one online would not have arrived before I needed to make a presentation.
    Our local Best Buy (St Pete) had it in stock and saved the day.
    The adapter worked great, no different than the original Apple adapter that is no longer on the market.
