    I will NEVER EVER NEVER buy another digital download from Best Buy!!! I bought it….received the link to download and when I clicked it it said “We’re sorry something went wrong”. And if you attempt to contact tech support they will tell you to call this (888) number to get help.. I was then connected to a girl from India, who after I described my problem with my ‘digital download of AVG’ thought my problem was with ‘financing’. She seemed like she didn’t know what a computer was and was unable to help at all. BEST BUY…I hope you read your reviews….I LIKE BEST BUY in Store!!! But your tech (out of country tech) and online store SUCKS. If you buy anything inside, THE STAFF ARE GREAT but online SUCKS!! Never again!

    Does what it should, super super easy user interface, and no apparent slow downs. No issues so far other than one, but it’s Best Buy’s fault, not the product’s.

    Their digital download/ library seems to work when it wants to. This is the second time I’ve bought this anti-virus software and the second time I’ve had to hunt down a way to get what I paid for. First was the download link didn’t go directly to the version I bought and now it just wouldn’t show up in my Digital Library to get the Key. However, a simple call to BB’s customer service helped me get what I needed, but still slightly annoying.

    The AVG software has great protection but it seemed to slow down my brand new gaming computer after install. Started having issues with lag which led me to uninstall the product and switch back to the free AVG version. Too bad cause the software was great.
