Great estimate to in voice program if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on quick books pro but I do not recommend using the credit card program that is in it Too expensive.

I have used an older version before. I had to purchase the newer version because I purchased a new laptop. Some of the changes were confusing, but all in all, it worked out.

Good estimate software. It’s not quick books. However , with so many online hackers these days it’s nice to be able to work offline on a dedicated LP.

I could not get the software to read my information from the download. I tried and tried and called in for help and one guy was a total jerk and didn’t even try to help and just kept saying no it wont work. I called the next day and talked to a lady and she was nice and tried to help me and told me some things to try and so i did. It would take part of the download but it would not take it all. I called back in and got the same rude guy and he just hung up on me. I think the software is good it is just the support that need to be a little friendlier.

The software may be great! But Best Buy uses a third party vendor code that when you submit it to download it redirects you to a different site where you have to register on their site. They do not provide links that allow you to download the software. Worst off, when I try to contact the support for the other company “NOVA Development” The email address on their website goes no where and I get failure responses from their email server, and the message says when you call them that their call center is closed. I do not know where to go to at least get my money back! Best Buy please flag this vendor so no one else has my same experience. Please credit my account back too and charge the vendor!

I have only been able to install the Label Creation from this software purchase. It’s not cute!
There has been nothing added to my Best Buy digital library nor has there been a serial number sent in the Order Email from Nova Development. Support charges $9.99 for a 1 time support code. I might have just paid $40 for some 1990 clip-art creations for label making.
