Needed a new water cooler/hot water dispenser so we ordered this one. Functions great BUT be aware that it will NOT fit under a standard cabinet height (18in.)! Had to raise wall cabinet 3 inches. Yes I said raise the cabinet three inches. Fortunately it was a stand alone cabinet so it doesn’t look terrible.

No more hassle and back pain! Living on the second floor apartment has been a challenge for my husband and I carrying cases of water and or big gallons of water bottle for our big and bulky water dispenser. We are saving time, our back and the planet. At least lasting us a year. We love it!!!
