- Solid Perfect-Surface Copper and Long-Grain Copper Conductors
Solid conductors prevent electrical strand-to-strand interaction, a major source of distortion. The smooth surface of AudioQuest’s conductor metals nearly eliminates harshness and greatly increases clarity compared to lesser materials. - Double Star-Quad Geometry
The relationship between conductors defines a cable’s most basic electrical values (capacitance and inductance). AudioQuest’s Double Star-Quad geometry is vastly superior to conductors run in parallel as well as to the more common twisted pairs, resulting in less distortion. - Carbon-Based Noise-Dissipation System
This cable’s negative conductors are covered with partially conductive Carbon-Loaded Polyethylene, which prevents radio-frequency noise being fed back into the amplifier. The reduction in external interference results in clearer sound and greater dimensionality. - Foamed-Polyethylene Insulation
Most common insulation materials absorb energy, some of which is stored and then released as distortion. With its high air content and benign distortion profile, AudioQuest’s Foamed-Polyethylene causes much less of the out-of-focus effect common to other materials. - Direction-Controlled Conductors
A fundamental aspect of AudioQuest’s multifaceted Noise-Dissipation technology, Direction-Controlled Conductors assure induced noise is dissipated and drained properly. - SureGrip 300 Silver Banana Connectors
SureGrip 300 Banana Connectors use Direct-Silver Plating over a high-quality Beryllium Copper base metal with no underlying brass layer that would inevitably cause distortion and otherwise damage the sound.

the 300$ price tag hurts, but quality, easy set up, makes good connections goes good with my CM9’s
gus28 –
nice looking cables cost a lot but nice and quick hook up

Very easy and clean installation. Excellent craftsmanship. The Magnolia sound team highly recommended this product to me and I am glad they did.

I’m using these speaker cables to connect my new Marantz NR1605 A/V receiver to my B&W CM10 tower speakers and B&W CM5 bookshelf (surround) speakers. I bought two sets of these 10′ cables as well as a single 8′ cable for my B&W CMC2 center channel. So far, I’m very happy with these cables. They seem very well-made. Granted, no one really sees them, so appearance isn’t really a huge issue, but they do look very nice and add a professional look to my home theater setup. Plugging them into the back of my receiver and speakers was easy with the banana style connectors. When it was all said and done I spent approximately $1000 on speaker cables and a subwoofer cable. I didn’t take time to compare what my speakers would have sounded like with traditional speaker wire. However, everything sounds great… whether that’s due more to the fact that I bought expensive speakers, or that I invested in good speaker cables, I honestly don’t know… Most likely, it’s a combination of both. I did do a lot of research prior to taking the plunge in buying all these Audio-Quest cables, and audiophiles say that good speaker cables really do make a difference… and comparing prices of the Rocket 33 series to some of the super high-line Audio-Quest products, $1000 seems like a bargain for my entire 5.1 system.

You know it is quality when it comes from Audio Quest. I purchased these cables to run my B&W CM9’s. True twin 13 gauge long grain copper from amp to speaker terminals for bi-wiring. Sound quality is perfect. I can honestly hear zero distortion, even at high amp output. If you spent the money on top end amps and speakers don’t go cheap on speaker cable.

Super Cables, clear sound and good connections. Further more they looks good too 🙂
Redtini –
These cables open up the sound of my speakers immensely.

The rocket 33 is the entry level of the rocket series. I upgraded from Monster XP bulk spool cable. While the XPs sound good for the money there is a night and day difference in the sound integrity of all the material I listened to with the 33s. The immediate effect I heard when hooking up the 33s was the speakers disappearing (acoustically) from the room. No matter if its Norah Jones singing or the pure carnage of Mad Max its as if I’m really there. The second thing I realized after listening for a few hours was that I felt as if I could go on listening for hours more without my ears calling it quits. Listening fatigue is practically non existent. My only concern is how much its going to cost me to upgrade to the flat rock series and how much better those will sound. I’m using the cables with a pair of Polk Audio A3 bookshelves.

The Geek Squad recommended these cables for B & W CM- 10 speakers. Very hard to knock the quality of the product.
asianOC –
it’s pretty pricy but its really worth it, i can recognize t’s different right away, better sound quality after i plugged this cable in.
kels –
These cables produce a great sound and make connecting very easy. I just wish they were a bit more affordable.

These wires are great!! I’ll buy them again but cannot believe how much they cost. It’s not just Best Buy. I shopped around and Best Buy price was the best I could find. They are just WAAAAAY overpriced.
ARTIE –
I bought these for Legacy Studio Speakers with a Denon 1400 only for stereo! While I was waiting for the Legacys to arrive I put the cables to a pair of Sony 3 way bookshelf and did they light up! Sony pair at BB regularly $210! Stole them at Christmas for $124!! Hi end wire makes such an incredible difference! Great Way to upgrade the sound on what one has!
KWILL –
I really love cables. they sound great paired with my Martin Logans. You can hear all the sounds distinctly. I would definitely recommend these cables to a friend.
John –
Great speaker wires but pricey. Consider it an investment that pays back your ears.
Raffy62 –
Decided to upgrade our home theatre system and convinced myself not to be cheap with cables! Sound is great and I am very pleased with Best Buy’s recommendation
Maito25 –
AudioQuest – Rocket delivers outstaning, clean sound quality. Spend the money to make sure your speakers and receiver deliver the quality you want to hear.
HIFIMan –
These cables sound amazing. what you pay for is what you get. Awesome speakers.
Searider –
While these are not the highest quality cables they work well enough
Mike –
It is kind of expensive but if you’re spending some serious dough on a system it makes sense to do the same for the cables too. Just got some b & w towers and a center channel and I had to go with the best that was out there. You have to hear it with your own ears, and the quality is simply mind blowing! It’s definitely a must with high end equipment.
Alex –
AudioQuest makes great products. The price point is a little high for speaker wires but you pay what you get I suppose. If your spending thousands of dollars on speakers and equipment why cheap out something that runs between your speaker and amp. Especially a Bi-wire setup. Snap on and the shield knowing your not going to have any interference.
Mick –
Really excellent cables. Goes very well with my system.
jrjjmj55 –
These cables are perfect for plugging in to the speakers and the receiver
BWillow –
Beware the banana plugs on these. For the price, the tips that plug into the speaker are extremely cheap and flimsy. Accidentally broke one while pulling it out to re-locate a speaker It’s barely thicker than tin foil.
RAbear –
Very expensive and was unimpressed by the sound based on cost.
smsr –
Your audio equipment is only is good as what links them together. AudioQuest cable provides no obstruction to your audio equipment (receiver, amp, speakers) ability to shine.
Rocky3634 –
So I am an audioquest fan. I can tell the difference between cheap wire and the sound this provides on some high end speakers… and never an issue with the wires.
GregoryS –
Great quality and sound! Used to Bi-Amp my Martinlogan tower speakers
IvanZ23 –
Excellent Cables. Need these to take any bowers or 4 port speakers to the next level!
Weez –
If you own a pair of speakers that can be bi wired this audioquest speaker cable is definitely one to have. I hooked it to B&W 683 S2 and I notice the clean crisp highs and the midrange real came to life. Prior to no wiring the bass was not very evident but now I get a real nice flat and smooth bass. I would definitely recommend to bi wire your speakers. You will notice the cleaner and powerful sound coming out your speakers.
Surya –
These speaker cables makes so much difference in sound quality. I noticed it clearly after replacing my X2 cables. Volume also increased a lot with these cables. All frequencies will be carried to the speakers without any delay from AV receiver. Overall the quality is amazing.
Porscheovertesla –
Súper cables. They went along so well with my new speakers . No regrets
Henry –
Great sound improvement specially after going bi wire at the end of the speaker. Theyre also looks good as well without breaking the bank.
YerMajesty –
These speaker cables are completely neutral. They neither add or subtract from any audio signal that comes out of my tube amp.
The radius of the banana plug’s cross section at each terminus of these cables is slightl too long for the jacks on my speakers. But they’re maleable enough that a patient Audioquest tech support rep.suggested I could use needle-nose pliers to easily compress them enough to fully seat them in the jacks And his solution worked beautifully.
Excellent product. Great customer service.
Fred –
For the price these cables make a difference in the sound
Brad –
Great audiophile speaker cable. Very clean sound. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade their cables.
Techie2k –
I can hear the difference! I needed to replace my old speaker cables.
digitalphotog07 –
First bi-wired cables.
Thick cables, well-made.
An end broke but A..Quest quickly sent new cable.
Labels difficult to see but once seen make for easy installation.
Newlook –
Added to my bw 702. They sound good and look nice. After hearing in the store I had to go with them.
WaderPSU –
It’s a good cable, but there’s little point in picking these up unless you are shopping for the top handful of products that are sold at a Magnolia shop (i.e. “separates” gear in costing thousands – or at least a really high end integrated). At lower price points (or when shopping for a surround receiver at any price point) don’t waste the money.
OLSKOOLKEG –
these wires Right Here sound Awesome I didn’t think I would be a believer in these wires from all the Reviews I had read..but let me tell you! definitely a difference in sound!
Much Cleaner! Had these for about year 2021
Robert –
I wouldnt call myself a believer when it comes to premium audio cables. That was until i heard a demo between these and some basic cables with banana plugs. Do yourself a favor and get these cables.
AndrewW –
Build quality is amazing, but you are still taking L and R channel’s single signal to the speaker, I have done multi setups with Dirac on my Onkyo TX-RZ50 with my Klipsch RP-8000F II fronts and using the bi amp function on the amp can’t be beat. True split high and low provides the best range of sound, only down side is you loose the Atmos speakers which I have found not to be a big deal even though they are the RP-500SAs. I will get an external bi amp and the the hights back. I will just get their regular cable to improve sound from external interference. Bottom line is $500 for cables that really do nothing or get a external bi amp for $1000 is a better deal.
Thomas –
I went into these expecting only a slight difference. I got just that. It brightened up my speakers just a bit and gave a little extra clarity.
AdamA –
Upgraded to bi wire on my Martin Logan esl x and noticed a much better sound stage. Depending on your setup you may or may not hear a difference, but if your speaker supports bi wire then why not take advantage of it.
Luna –
Poor Quality is all I can say. I purchased two sets of these and one was damaged and the other had a different set of banana plugs on it. Very displeased and wont be purchasing them again
Audioquest –
Love these cables, good quality and worth every penny.
