    After a multi outlet surge in my house created a kink in my old phone, this phone was a welcome addition. It took less than 5 minutes to set up from opening the box to seeing both hand lights light up once plugged in. The second receiver can be placed anywhere and is an absolute must to prevent panicked racing around the house looking for the main phone someone forgot to place back in its cradle. The sound is crystal clear and the appearance can’t be beat.

    The phone is nothing like the one I replaced. My old phone I could look at the base the phone is sitting in and I could tell if I had any calls. This new one you have to look at the phone and hit the menu button. I am also having problems sitting up voice mail.

    Still learning how to use this cordless phone, but so far it is what I needed. I do wish the volumn was a little louder but putting it on speaker helps.

    Are dependable, personally I haven’t had any problems with them they work for me that is why I buy all my electronics from bestbuy and I like their policies.

    Battery on one phone inoperable rendering phone useless.
    I wrote store and Jordan responded and ask that I come in. That is not practical . Please mail a replacement unit or one of comparable value or issue refund

    The dial tone repeats with each button pressed. Unable to change. Also, when dialing a number that requires selecting another number for transfer, it doesn’t work. Unfortunately, I only discovered this one day ago. Additionally, the phone has no “Redial” button.

    Seems Very Well. Charging Duration, Time Consuming. Most Cordless Phones without VM from HardLine Company Option. Always after One Hour (Call in or Call Out) False Pretenses You have VM Message EVEN IF YOU DO NOT. V Tech and ATT Cordless in Dumpster. ALWAYS VM Message. This Unit NOT CONSTANT. Without Menu Usage Just Pound sign 3 Seconds CLEARED.
