    I purchased the AT&T home phone set as a gift for my elderly mother. The phone features a clear sound and includes volume control, which is very helpful since my mom is partially deaf. I also like that it comes with a smart call blocker to help reduce robocalls. My mother loved that the phone is bluetooth compatible, so syncing contacts was really easy for her to do. The phone stores up to 200 contacts and even routes automated calls from her cell. This is a fantastic phone and I would highly recommend buying this home phone.

    It’s awesome to have our home number and our cells all ring to these handsets! Each has a different sounding ring. Easier to hear the caller on this vs our cell phones.

    A twi months after I hear loud static on the phones I when I talk for more than 10 minutes. To bypass the static I have press the speaker button and tbe static goes away. I bought this phone for the smart block feature and that is the only part of the phone I could give 5 stars.

    After setup adding phone numbers and so on using headphones making a call is crazy, first make your call then go thru menu to connect to the headphones, should be like receiving calls, push button on headphone it self and batteries on standby maybe 3 days.

    Great if you are in an area like mine where you have to have a landline because all your cellular calls get dropped! – Hopefully this gets resolved for everyone but in this area the landline was a lifesaver and I recommend this system totally to cover your whole house worth phones!

    Just wore out my old three set landline phone. Technology has changed tremendously in the last 12 years. No issues ,units are much litter than my older set. At my age the robo call block screening is a winner, no more calls trying to solicited medicare and car insurance.

    Sound is not too great. Screen on some of the phones went blank after just a few months. Suggest purchasing protection plan as I had to exchange this for a new set twice.

    Have been using this for 1 month so far. Cheap feeling plastic, hard to hear, but I like the smart block, and caller id announcement even though it’s not clear English. Also the usb charging port comes in handy!

    My 92-year-old mom needed a new phone. This has worked out well for her. Her sight isn’t as good as it use to be, so hearing the phone say ‘spam’ has really reduced her need of answering unneeded phone calls.

    I wanted something simple that a “great grandmother” could understand. This was too complicated for me. EG, the handbook was about 200 pages! I was also looking (at ATT’s suggestion) for an AT&T prepaid flip phone. You don’t carry that.

    Bought to replace a 10 year old phone. Was not happy that caller ID has only shown a couple names. It shows mostly numbers of callers, old unit showed all names. Block
    feature is also making it hard for important calls to come into home even after entering all family and friends numbers.

    This phone is super simple for older people, the screen is very easy to see, the volume is loud. The smart call blocker makes them say their name so you don’t need need callerid, and I can connect my cell phone and don’t need to find it to answer it, super simple, highly recommend

    I don’t like that the answer machine plays greeting outloud when it answers a call. I don’t care to hear it, I know what it says!!! If I turn it off, I cant screen calls, duh.

    I purchased this so I could use a Bluetooth headset, which I have only succeeded getting it connected once on a phone call. Battery life is horrible, if you leave one off the charger for 3 days, it’s going to be beeping at you to place it on the charger. I turned all Bluetooth features off (since I couldn’t use it anyway), hoping that would help the battery life, but it didn’t improve any.

    Owrdered on 07Nov from Beat Buy Oren UT – updates sent via email up to 24 Nov when order cancelled! Not deliveragle. Wonder why – if liste=d in online sales,, should have it available. I went elsewhere for resolution of the getting the phoen for my suister for Chrstmanas
