    These were add on handsets for an existing 4 unit system. All in all they work well. Easy to add on. We have six now. Wish shape were a little better to be able to prop on shoulder. or had an output for ear bud headset

    Several years ago I bought a 4 phone setm one of them died. To replace it I had to place an order, as u did not have the correct phone in stock Odered got installed , works great. Now I am having problem s with another hand set. My problem is do I just buy a replacement hand set or a complete set of 4?

    I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SALES PERSON. HE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE PHONE IS THE 5TH I HAVE IN THE HOUSE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH AT& T.

    I can’t say if this is a good phone because I wasn’t able to use it. I needed a base phone and I didn’t see that so I need to return it.

    I have four phone outlets in my house and the basic system I bought only had three.

    Great phone. Lots of options for ringers and volume and such. Only trouble I had was registering with the base & system that I currently have, which are all the same phone. Just setting it in the base would not register, so I had to Press and hold handset locator on base station until ‘in use’ light comes on. Then press # on the handset and the phone registered itself to the base station.

    I was disappointed to find out that the phones did not work with my current base. The only thing that worked was to remove the batteries and place them in my old phones.

    If I only knew that all I needed were batteries, I would not have bought the phones.

    I will buy the base that goes with the new phones at some point and have it as a backup, if anything should happen to my original system.

    These are not, as suggested by your site, the correct expansion handset for the AT&T TL86103. You don’t carry the correct one; the TL86003. Had to return & buy correct model elsewhere.

    Unable to use this Cordless Expansion Handset. It does not function as a handset when paired with AT&T’s console system. Sales and Marketing literature highly misleading. Local AT&T store does not sell or support AT&T phone hardware.

    I plan to return this handset.
