Plug it in and it works. A simple, elegant phone. This replaced an older model. It sits discreetly on my night table. No need to remember to go to sleep with my cell phone or to have to get up to look for where I put the cordless phone.

Solid performance, does what it’s supposed to…got it to replace my old one (same model) — the ringer hadn’t worked in years…this one isn’t as heavy as the older versions, but it seems to work okay…can’t tell you about the audio quality versus my older model, but it seems perhaps not quite as good, or maybe that’s in my mind…but it fills the bill, and fine with it.

Call it old fashioned, but needed an inexpensive phone for an older relative that just doesn’t get cell phones. Needed to add a second phone in the bedroom and they just didn’t want the cordless or anything like that. This was just what they were looking for. They are very happy with it and would recommend.

Bought this phone to replace my vintage on-the-wall princess phone I had hanging in my kitchen for decades—- the quality of the new phone is best described as poor. There is an inherent glitch in the design of the phone bc it kept falling out of it molded cradle designed to hold the handle in place in an upright position. The handle kept falling off the wall. The plastic was light weight and cheap. We just threw the entire phone in the trash bc it was not worth the effort of sending back via UPS or the post office. In short—- a piece of crap. Don’t waste your time or money

Great phone, works well for a while. Then the ring tone goes mute. Supposedly it is due to a combo of touch keys being activated, but the reactivation feature noted in the instructions do not fit the keys provided.
So I use it until it no longer rings again. Please ATT fix this feature and instruction guide!
Not much choice out in the market otherwise or I would try another of similar construct. I did buy the ATT style with Caller ID but requires four AA batteries to operate the ID.
