Purchased specifically because we use this monitor for streaming in occasion, but want a gaming option for our son in the coming year. I don’t pay attention to the finer details on monitor performance for gaming, so can’t speak to that, but we are satisfied for both applications. The heavy stand is also really nice with a younger child who is… not super careful. Glad we spent the money on one monitor that can handle both jobs.

27 is a little big for gaming unless you have a deep deal but with the ability to overclock to 280hz it’s a great gaming monitor

My son loves this monitor. One of his best ones yet. Better than 360 hz monitor he says. Being hooked to a gaming laptop, you have to change the resolution.

Random Display Port/Monitor issue like the monitor shutting off for a few seconds. It’s happened at the desktop and in several applications.

Ive had this monitor a little over 2-3 months now. The lcd is bright and the sun doesnt make the sceen get all glary. My gameplay is awesome and the framerate is insane. Nothing can go wrong with a monitor like this one, I woukd always recommend this one if I could.

Blooming when screen is black. Is might just be defective. Get a replacement to see if it was just the monitor that was bad.

Great value for the speed, this is not my first monitor in this series (I also have a 4k monitor) and this one maintains the straight forward features and ergonomics without any gimmicks that would raise the price. I am upgrading from a 165hz monitor and the 280hz (overclocked) speed is definitely noticeable and makes everything feel that much smoother. And some of the presets get very bright. I use it just for gaming so I can’t speak to the color accuracy for photo/video editing, but it does get quite bright, so that is a plus for me.

This is the 3rd monitor purchased for my son’s gaming system. I have them all side by side, and the graphics are clear. You can see the images very well, and the graphics are stunning. I recommend this monitor to anyone who uses it for gaming.

Got as a second monitor for my son. Colors were more yellow and could not calibrate with other monitor (a prior version of the same monitor with lower FPS). Ultimately returned to get another one of the one he already had, as could not try another one of this version as was sold out.
