Very decent controller definitely heading in the right direction
DarrelleA –
This control is AMAZING in every way. It has the greatest features on this device such as its on screen display that tells the battery life and have custom images and quotes you can put on. I would recommend this controller to other gamers!
Review –
Fantastic Item. This has been a great product and works very
SheldonH –
The controller itself is very well put together. There is a secret compartment where the dongle is the four buttons underneath. The control plate is really good for your tactical gameplay if you set them up with the proper button and schemes. Good for RPGs multiplayer games as well. I’m not sure if the directional pad on the left is haptic. Other than that, as of now is a pretty good controller

First of all, I got to say, I bought this controller with my own money, not a paid sponsorship. I got this controller on Memorial Day and it’s been a couple weeks now. I like the build quality the controller is relatively light week. Add to the fact that it’s a Xbox configuration. It’s very comfortable in my hands and with the extra back buttons behind it it does help me pull off a lot of combos better in fighting games and FPS shooters..
I do like the RGB that’s with the controller it’s not overpowering it settle in my opinion and the fact that you could use the Omori program in the PC to configure your dead zones and how send it if you want your trigger stops to be if you don’t want to mess with the physical buttons And as a streamer myself, it does make it more fun for me to pull off sort combinations, fighting combinations and chick shots, so I got to give Asus their big ups for this one and again this is my own personal review, but I got to give them their credit. They did a fine job with a controller And the fact that it’s a OLED screen that does mention the branding name. I think that is a cool feature.
LourdesL –
The best controller for my asus rog ally, only the price should go down
Eclipselr –
This is a Best darn controller you can use it for other systems too!
Rodj992002 –
Nice looking control but once its in your hand feels cheap. Too expensive to feel like a 40 dollar controller at best. Actually reaular xbox controller much better.
NicB –
I was so used to having stick drift that my gaming felt a tad bit off overall good product
VenancioD –
It is a good control similar to the Xbox ones but it is not my favorite, I prefer my elite
Zohan –
Really cool controller for PC gaming using it for emulated games as well as action games like lies of P
Eugene –
This controller feels too small in the hand, the RGB is really cool though. The triggers don’t feel as nice as the stock xbox controller and for the price it does not come with a case. Just buy an Elite 2 controller
JonathanA –
Awesome controller, love Asus products, the only controller that can make me put down my Razer controller.
Billybob –
Similar to an elite 2 with a better feel and more features. I was nervous to spend as much after looking at the reviews but went ahead and got it anyways and I am not disappointed in any way. I love the customizable features along with the fact that it works flawlessly with the rog ally.
SilverG –
Customization is pretty sick, but p expensive. But you get what you pay for
BrendaB –
Controller is nicely designed super light compared to the elite controller but the deal breaker for me was it didnt wireless connect to the xbox if your using gaming computer get if not and you want wireless control then dont get it
Harddrivespacemonstor –
Fills cheap Compared to the xbox Elite controller two it all so cost more just for a oled
JayBee79 –
My kid loves using it on bluetooth to play on gaming laptop
dhruvton –
I have an exclusive Xbox Controller (not pro) which I found to be a bit more comfortable than tbe ROG Raikiri Pro. The USB-C and the 2.4GHz dongle is a really good addition, considering the other controllers out there dont give them out for a good price. ASUS is always a good brand overall but the back buttons positions are not that great; people with small hands might have trouble using them.
MajorTechGuy44 –
Feels light and easy to hold. The RGB and LED is awesome to have. Buttons are firm and tactile, however the triggers could use some improvement. They are not as sensitive in driving/racing games. The controller is a bit smaller than the Xbox controller, but not major deal breaker.
RedDragon63 –
Yea, a lil oled screen, RGB bar, and firmware that won’t update through Armory Crate. Ill stick with Elite Series 2. This is like holding a cheap $35.00 controller. Has zero substance to it. Not at $70. Would I buy this, it’ll pass away and most wont notice it.
murphy –
It’s a great looking controller and funtions the same as a X-Box controller. However you will have to download the drivers from the Asus website to use it. Is it worth the price? I’ll leave that up to the purchaser.
RaulProTech –
Awesome. It is the best controller ever inused. I love de rgb lights
DanielM –
Love the ergonomics of this controller. Joy coke feel a little more stiffer then the original XBOX series X controller it came with which i perfer. I use this paired with the ROG ALLY to a portable screen and love it. Recommend highly.

DO NOT BUY
2 months after purchasing, the controller stopped turning on. After contacting ASUS, they said this item is SOLD AS-IS with no RMA available for an item purchased BRAND NEW.
Item is showing under warranty on their own website, but RMA is not available.
DO NOT BUY – HORRIBLE PRODUCT RELIABILITY
DavidB –
This controller works great. Holds a charge for hours on end. Almost infinitely customizable. The end all be all controller.
CryptKeeper –
Keep this simple by saying this control is dope. The buttons are great/strong, plus great features with the lcd screen.
Theslayerofbears –
Proved difficult to connect and function on the ROG Ally
JoseA –
The best controller for the rog ally hands down perfect
Rode –
It’s just a regular xbox controller with Led and a small display nothing special. It feels light and cheap. the general quality of materials and feel of the controller is not what I would expect from $170 controller more like $50-60.
I’ll stick to my razer wolverine v2.
Solo –
So far its great the short trigger stops work you can also program the sensitivity of the triggers and button presses in the ASUS Armoury Crate. It is plug and play for Xbox/PC.
Battery Life of constant playing is 90+ hours but also can be 72 hours depending on your brightness for the rgb leds. The Oled panel is also programmable. The Controller is very grippy in the back so when your hands sweat the controller doesn’t slide. There is 4 programmable buttons for MW I recommend programming m3 to A and m4 to B.
Rixter –
Hands down the best controller i have ever owned and ive had them all
John –
The fact that you can have it connected in so many ways and how easy it is to program it makes the price tag worth it imo, the paddle buttons are out of place for me since I’m used to the elite but I never used them much anyways so it doesn’t give me issues at all
Xbox –
I have been using this controller since I bought it ….. it feels great in the hands
Ge3k3d5qu4d –
This is a great xontroller especially if your wanting to have an all ROG build. Wuth amour rate siftware you could customize everything. Feels a bit cheap for the price but still a welcome edition.
UmarS –
Sold both my PS5 edge controller and Xbox elite after using this just once! Nothing against the other two (the PS5 edge was my main accessory) but for any rog ally onwers looking for the absolute best controller to pair with it, look no further! This thing is an absolute beast and with every penny! Asus never fails to exceed all expectations!
TTVSaberasasinYT –
The kids like that it has extra features on it. Easy for them to use.
Jenn –
Good controller but don’t like how the wireless function only works for PC
AnthonyLee –
Very easy to connect with my Rog Ally. 3 ways to connect. Very good size for my hand. Very customizable and sleek. Headphone jack is a plus.
mkkk –
My son got a lot of use out of this. Would buy again.
Unknown –
Amazing product definitely a must have if your into gaming experiences
Kris55617 –
The best controller iv used for pc so far i would definitely recommend this to others
Chris –
No wireless support for the rog ally so it’s a huge waste of money
JohnR –
So happy and our son really enjoys it. Hard to understand as parents but don’t hesitate to treat your child to this high performance remote
Unknown –
This is hands down the best controller for pc gaming. Its the Bentley of controllers. It was so great I bought two.
Luis –
Good controller, but its way too expensive for what is offering, OLED screen only turns on when booting up the controller, and is pretty hard to tell what is the battery percentage left.
CharlesT –
Not worth the money there are other offerings that would feel better and work appropriately
SAMS70RM –
So this controller is probably the best controller I’ve ever had, and thats coming from someone that has literally purchased almost every 3rd party controller that has come out. The truth is almost all the other brands, razer, thrustmaster, Pdp, you name it. Even my Elite series 1 and 2 have all broken with in a year. Bad thumb sticks bad buttons, bumpers ect. This is the first controller ive had that has had zero problems. It was so good I went back and purchased a second for my xbox. The only problem some people might have is the lack of wireless support on the Xbox series x. Dont ask me why, the wireless is flawless on my PC and my ROG ally. Bluetooth or 2.4 it works great. But you have to run a hardline for the Xbox. Not a big deal for me but some people might not like that.
SheyenneP –
It awesome but the same as an Xbox controller. I like the touch screen.
JoseM –
I like the oled screen to put stuff. It’s fun to see it .
