    Amazing modem router combo.
    Easy to setup, brings out the best in my internet service.
    Besides the speeds i think the most impressive part is the wifi range is far longer than any I’ve ever seen. I can get half way down the street and still have signal.

    My only slight complaint is the built-in in software is a little lacking doesn’t give as much control as id like and isn’t the best to navigate. Otherwise I would of gave it 5 stars

    What should have been an easy setup was complicated by Comcast not getting their end of the connection set properly. Once the tech that was dispatched got here, it was running a minute later. we only have 2 TVs, a tablet, and a pair of cell phones, but haven’t had any problems. Would recommend!

    If I could give negative stars I would… For the price you pay, this Wi-Fi will barely reach across the house. Tried to use it for about 24 hours. Purchased separate modem and router, and range is so much better.
    Went ahead and returned this product, and one thing Best Buy can’t do is refund. The website says refunds in 5 days, however on the phone they say 10-15 days. I have never in my life waited 15 days for a refund.

    I needed to upgrade my modem/router to get higher speeds. This was just what I needed & it wasn’t to pricey. This particular model is good if you don’t need 1Gig speed.

    Seemed to improve the range of my internet, however somewhat complicated when it comes to modifying settings such as changing the password. Also seems to have to be reset periodically because of lost internet connection.

    I purchased Arris G34 to replace my more expensive Motorola modem (junk). It is much faster, more reliable, and it restarts itself. Easy but very limited modem setup.

    While the setup was generally simple, the fact that my in-laws do not have a smart phone made this terribly convoluted. It resulted in setting up the modem as myself and then go through several adminstration changes to get the account back in their name.

    Speed, etc, are all acceptable.

    The product works great and the modem router combo is good value. Setting up with provider, Xfinity, was very easy. The smartphone app is needed to set up the device. I was able to do so and rename my network and password, but the app has technical issues that doesn’t allow some of its features to work. Its okay as the device otherwise functions great!

    Needed to upgrade my old ARRIS modem/router, and this one more than fit the bill. It’s a great modem/router that easily handles my upgraded higher internet speed at home. WiFi works perfectly. It was very easy to set up, but had to call both ARRIS and Xfinity to get it registered and working with my internet. My newest work laptop doesn’t even have a slot for a cable connection (have to use WiFi), but the router can handle up to 4 wire connections if you need that.

    This product has been worth the money. I would recommend not using the app for set up though because the app truly isn’t up to par yet. Once I called customer service though I was up in running in a relatively good time!!

    Very pleased with this modem/router combination. Setup was quick and easy. However, the mobile app was a little problematic. in terms of function, my new equipment works very well and I have not experienced any issues.

    After a year of dealing with this router i think it is time for a change. I WFH and in the middle of the day I keep losing connectivity and I have to switch bands. If you have high speed internet this is not the router for you. You have to reset twice a day. The app is trash as well, it does not provide you with any functionality or control.
