    It’s working better than I expected. Not problems so far and it wasn’t difficult connecting it. The item itself is well worth it if you plan on having services more than a couple of years. It will actually pay for itself. Literally!

    Excellent product, capable of 2Tb’s however had trouble with Comcast and their throttling my speed based on number of items using the wifi at any given time. I have the 400Mb option with about 10 items, but only 8 running at any one time. Speed test shows 156Mb/sec. So catchall says upto 400Mb’s.

    Purchased this to replace an older router/modem.Followed the directions to set up .Seemed simple enough but wouldn,t work .Called the ARRIS support number . The tech support agents English was so bad we had to hang up.Will not be purchasing an ARRIS product again.

    Standard cable modem. Nothing fancy about it. Does the job. Saves having to pay Comcast their $15 monthly fee. It’s paid for itself.

    It took 2 hours for Xfinity to proviso the new MODEM. We pay for and Xfinity says that we are getting 900MB but a number of speed test show we are getting only 150MB.

    I plan to replace my Motorola MT8733 with this Arris A25 Cable Modem. The range on the motorola is not good enough for my home. I am using this A25 and Eero 6+ mesh routers.
    I will be replacing the device this week if Xfinity provides the service.

    It was a pain for Comcast to be able to add it to our acct, several Comcast representatives tried, they had to actually send someone to our house that knew what he was doing to be able to add it, but once added, it worked great

    Quick and simple setup for Xfinity services. No issues that come along with typical Internet setup using your own equipment. Make sure you use the correct kind of coaxial cable or get from Xfinity. Modem has performed fine and no problems so far!

    I prefer to own my cable modem rather than rent. I had to purchase a new modem in order to add landline telephone service through Xfinity. The process with Xfinity was okay, after finding the right phone number to call (on another phone), but the performance of the modem is great for both internet and my phone line. We are saving over $80 a month compared to our previous service providers.

    Get this instead of renting from the internet company. First, make sure that this Modem is compatible with the type of internet that you have. Also, make sure that you have voice service as well. If you have both these, then this is a great choice.

    Got here fast would have been an upgrade from what cox gave me but if you have a land line phone with them you can’t buy one. Only rent. If your isp lets you buy one its great.

    Trying to find a Docsis 3.1 modem with voice is a chore at best. But this one is it. Finally upgrading from my previous 3.0 modem allows me to get the speeds I’m paying for. The channel bonding is also very apparent by an increase of speed and packet transfer. I paired my modem with my Nighthawk seamlessly and I couldn’t be happier with my internet service.

    Not many units have a telephone wire jack anymore for phone service. That makes this unit special, along with being top notch quality with the latest technology for good, reliable and fast internet service.

    Bought this product to replace my prior Netgear modem with Xfinity. It is performing well, no dropped connections. I did have to call Xfinity for them to connect on their end because the app would not work. The only downside, it has 2 ethernet ports but you can only use 1 unless you set up the other one with Xfinity. Overall, would recommend as a good replacement.

    This Arris T25 modem works perfectly for our Xfinity with Voice service. You will also need a separate router to have WiFi throughout your home. It still beats out renting a gateway from your provider in the long run!

    This was set up and activated by the Xfinity technician with our new service, so I cannot attest to the ease or difficulty of installation. However, I watched him and it seemed pretty straightforward.

    The Geek squad at Best Buy were able to direct me to the exact product to buy, and it worked out well. I was able to restore all three tv’s as well as have my home phone fully functional. I appreciate the ease it took to hook it up, as I am not electronically knowledgeable. I fully recommend it.
