    This is by far the best Gaming Chair ive ever owned. It very comfortable, sturdy and holds up very well to the wear and tear i put it through. Loved it somuch i bought a second one with a footrest gor my work from home wife.

    Chair is solid, a little stiff on the seat. The arm pads are decent but could use better pads. Occasional creaking and movement from screws, nothing a quick tight won’t fix.

    I have had the chair a couple of days now it’s pretty comfy .I’m not a gamer it has the lower back support I need, and if need to kickback an relax I can. The staff answered all my questions and were helpful in making my choice. It was a very good experience. Thank you Best Buy.

    Bought this for my sons 13th birthday. It’s a huge upgrade from what he had before. He loves it. My husband put it together, it’s durable, the recline works and the foot rest works. It’s easy for him to wheel around in, and the color is nice. We got it for a great price and was easy to purchase with the app. I would recommend.

    I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. I wasted my money. The arms are loose and no matter what you do, they will not tighten up. The leg rest does not have anything to stop it from coming all the way out, so alot of the time you have to put it back in its spot. And the padding is crap:(

    This is the worst chair in the market please DO NOT BUY it stopped working after a year conveniently when the warranty is off, now the back of the chair don’t stay still and keeps reclining with the slightest weight you put on it, total garbage

    I read the reviews before buying this. I was concerned about the comfortability as the reviews were mixed. It got 2 stars because i think its a really nice lookin chair. But this thing killed my lower back and in less than 30 days i felt like i was sitting on wood. A regular office chair is way better. Best Buy has a great customer service and return policy.

    Not alot of cushion, kinda feels like sitting on a floor. Arms got loose even tho i tightened the bolts all the way down. Otherwise, height & incline adjustment are great and feels like good quality material. Leg rest feels a little rickety but does the job

    Ive had this chair for a year now and it just started giving out on me. Nothing major, the footrest broke and one of the arm rests but thats really it. Did what it was supposed to and served its purpose.

    Overall an awesome chair, I am 220 ish pounds and can be comfortable in this chair all day (I game, mostly)
    Only problem I,ve had (minor honestly) is the strip used to pull out the leg part, I barely pulled on it and broke, but honestly doesnt really bother me as it isn’t noticeable.

    Although I did not buy this chair from Best Buy, I did buy the exact one off Facebook marketplace. Chair was in great condition and looked brand new. Gave it to my son for Christmas and in less than a week it broke by a wheel. The base is made of plastic and apparently will not last long.

    Chair quality is on the low end. Already returned one with manufacturer to replace, which they handled wonderfully, but still inconvenience when having to return something still new and not even a month old.

    Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the instructions were wrong and different screws etc weren’t labeled. But my son absolutely loves the chair! After we threw out the instructions, he was able to put it together with just a little help and guidance.
