The glass was heavily scratched to the point the phone was not usable. I realize that the item was in used condition, but if it has significant scratching or damage, this should be stated. I returned the phone within the 14 day specified. To add insult to injury, Best Buy had the audacity to charge me $45 to return a damaged item.

After reading a bunch of reviews, I was expecting this to be a failure. The phone was in good condition. The pattery was at 86% capacity. No scratches. I got it to replace my mom’s older phone and she’s happy with it. No issues so far after 2 months of usage.

I was under the impression that Best Buy carries at least the decent stuff but it proved wrong with this purchase. Phone was good for couple weeks and there was sim connection issue, and after a week battery issue. Disappointed, will be careful to buy from Best Buy.
