I just opened the box and im already heading to best buy. I understand it is used but i at least expected it to be presentable when I received it. Sticker marks and dirt along with rough edges around the screen. I am extremely displeased and my time has been wasted. If you have value on your dollar best buy doesnt so dont shop used with them. I wont even gamble to see if thing lasts because whom ever owned it didn’t value it and whomever “cleaned” it up didnt value it, i know it wont last.

His parents had a deal on Microsoft application so he was set for that. Because of this laptop is refurbished it does not qualify for Apple Care.
