This computer is not a good working computer in any way. It freezes and needs to be restarted all the time. The screen glitches at least ten times every hour you try to use it

Purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas and it hurts my feelings that the only thing she wanted was a macbook pro for her xmas gift and my baby can’t enjoy it because the return button is stuck and doesn’t work plus the charger has a severe shortage so it makes that shortage noise. I paid all my hard earned money for a product that claims it’s in excellent condition. Turns out to be such a lie. Thanks for ruining my daughters xmas! And
