We purchased this refurbished Mac feom Best Buy and started having battery issues immediately. I contacted the warranty and they told me they would not cover it because the battery was fine when purchased. I took to Apple certified dealer to replace battery and it is considered vintage and cannot be replaced by Apple. So we now have a Macbook that will not woek properly and stay charged for college. I will not purchase another Apple item from Best Buy

I love Mac and won’t go back. I’ve owned 2 MacBooks myself, one I just upgraded and the other I still have. In addition to those, I’ve purchased MacBooks for my employees and friends/family and they all love them. So easy to learn and use.
