It’s a great laptop to own and I’m glad I saved money by getting it refurbished.

my purchase arrived on times don not have any issue with the delivery. once I opened and started using it the quality and status of the laptop was good. the only think is that it has the mark of sticker that was removed before the seller sent it, that does not look so good. But in general everything was good.

I was so excited to receive this “new” to me MacBook. It arrived, I charged it fully and the battery lasted 30 minutes before it turned off. I’m so bummed that I’m having to return this and figure out a better option for myself. It also has two damaged keys, which wasn’t a deal-breaker but I thought I should mention so you know what you are getting. Save yourself some time and frustration and don’t buy.

It’s been a difficult transition from a PC to a MacBook, but I am starting to enjoy using this! It’s fast, it’s light, and works so great for my iPhone family!

I had to downgrade because my MacBook Pro 16 was stolen a couple months ago. It works fine, but when I stay on it for 30 mins+ it starts to get hot. Because the screen is so small I had to adjust the size of everything to get school work done. That’s the only issues I have with it so far. I do plan to upgrade back to the 16 because I didn’t have any issues with it.

Good MacBook for the price. My wife loves it minimal wear. Battery life ok, shipping was fast. Overall works and performs as advertised.

When the MacBook arrived, it was easy to set up. I had no problems. After a couple of days, I started getting error messages. I thought I had done something wrong and tried to reinstall the IOS. When I took it to Best Buy, they determined it needed to be returned. For the 2 days it was working, I was very happy with it. (This was a refurbished MacBook Pro)
