    I didn’t even take the time to see if they worked. They were very worn and were very dirty. I was really surprised Best Buy sold a refurbished product like this. I took them back to the store and returned them immediately. I would not recommend buying refurbished from best buy

    So far, so good. This is our 2nd pair, so we already knew the high quality we could expect. These have not disappointed. They stay in place and sound great. Our daughter uses them all the time as she reads, trains, and goes about her business.

    I was expecting airpods that had been thoroughly cleaned, but when I opened them there were gray spots all over the right airpod, and earwax on the speakers. I’m highly dissatisfied with this product.

    Hard to see the grey spots bc of camera quality sorry.

    I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas. The right AirPod did not work. I returned these AirPods and although Best Buy offered me a new pair, not refurbished, I was charged an additional $16. That’s not much, but still frustrating nonetheless.

    ITS LITERALLY LIKE ITS BRAND NEW!! It comes it the correct box, the case as well as the actual airpods come clean. If you use one airpod at a time they last the WHOLE DAY!! I really recommend getting these for a extremely cheap price!

    The headphones arrived defective, with only one of the earbuds, working. Since this was a Christmas gift, we were unaware of this until after the holidays at which point the return window had closed. I have spoken to in-store representatives and managers, as well as an online representative, who have all basically told me that I am just out of luck and to cut my losses. Do not waste your money.

    Not the best purchase. For the price I’d rather buy a brand new AirPods. I bought two of them, one had the case completely scratch and ruined. The second one, has a very bad battery life, the right one, after ten min using, needs to be charged again.
