They came exactly when they said they would, and I got notification for each step of the way, that was so nice. When they came the medium ear piece, charger, and intruction manual was missing but oh well, they arent new- I’m just gonna order some off amazon! I highly recommend getting these- they wor GREAT!

Honestly, they sound great! I didn’t think I’d be able to tell the difference between these and the Gen 1 Pros, but it’s crazy. Outside of the sound, the AirPods themselves are okay. They have moments of random disconnection and reconnection, but it was somewhat expected since I bought refurbished. Other than that, they’re a great product, and I’d recommend.

The packaging was great too and came with various sizes of ear tips. The airpods have never died on me, and I use them for multiple hours at once. It also sounds very clear on phone calls. I purchased refurbished AirPod Pro earbuds and am disappointed with the quality of the sound. There is an annoying, low, thumping bass-like crackling noise in the right earbud that is heard during any song played. Never had an issue with a refurbished product from Best Buy until now.

I am yet to test 6 hours battery life but I do have to point out even though I ordered a refurbished version, it didn’t even feel like. So I got me this new second Gen Pro 2 airpod.
This is a lot better than the previous second Gen Air pod. This airpod allows me to Increase and decrease the volume, the other second Gen Did not allow me To Do this. also the sound system in this airpod is the best sound system I heard Out of any airpod. It sounds like I am in a life concert. The battery life is also a lot longer then the previous model in also it beeps When you start to charge it.

Be very weary of buying a refurbished product from Best Buy. I discovered I was unable to add this product to Find my phone, I went to the store, they sent me to their Geek Squad who said they could not resolve the issue and to go to an Apple store. At the Apple store they told me that the AirPods had different serial numbers and were from different generations and they said to go back to best buy for a refund, At best buy I talked to a Manager who treated me like I have never been treated at a store before, he was very rude, very condescending, would not listen to what I was saying, said he could not accept it because it was past the return deadline and even accused me of changing the AirPods and then trying to return it. This was after Geek squad had assured me in a chat that the manager in any store would accept the return even though it was after the return deadline.

I was a bit nervous about making a purchase of a refurbished item, however, figured that worst case the AirPods could be returned. Mine did not come with a box, which I was not expecting anyway so that was not an issue. They also did not come with the medium sized ear tips that the product description indicated would be included. However, a quick chat with a Best Buy Rep and that was amicably resolved. As for the AirPods, I have had no issues and they work as they should. Very easy to connect to IPhone and set up. The AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) are AMAZING.

Pretty much brand new. Came with everything minus there was tape damage to the box. I am loving the longer battery life and some of the new features, the conversation awareness gets kind of annoying but you can disable it. I received 4 sizes of ear-tips with the refurbished so I’m happy about that. Sound is crisper and clearer compared to the first generation, but I’m not sure if noise cancellation improvement had anything to do with that. The noise cancellation did significantly improve in my opinion. I compared the volume levels needed in a gym setting and I have not needed the volume to go past 50%. Been using it for a little over 6 months and hasn’t given me any problems yet.
