    Came in an open box, which was ok for me. Had a few big scratches. But the worst thing – it was under somebody else’s Apple ID. Best Buy should Apple products before reselling them!

    Item was mailed to the store after waiting about seven days upon arriving I took delivery. I have turning on item. I got a defect message and took it to the Apple Store immediately. They wanted to send it off for me to wait an additional week and a half to find out what was wrong with it. I decided to purchase a new headset. I was very disappointed.

    Pristine quality and no scratches or any sign of use on the headphones. To get a discount like this just because it was an “open box” is definitely worth it. And it didn’t smelt anyone did used it before hand. If you thinking about buying max then I wouldn’t look else where. Especially used sites where you can came across not authentic.

    Bought these during Black Friday as my FIRST time buying a Best Buy refurbished item and I’m definitely impressed!!! The AirPods Max were picked up in store for extra safety since it’s the holiday season and everything was included as advertised. The box seemed new (as seen in picture below), the headphones didn’t even seemed used. They looked and felt perfectly new! No damages, no dents, no tears on the fabric, no stains! The AirPods Max connected with my iPhone flawlessly. Luckily it was not connected to another Apple account so it was ready for use without any hassle. A huge bonus was that the Apple limited warranty was still available for 9 months. I have been using them while traveling outside of the U.S and must say they are perfect for use inside a plane. As an example, the airline stewardess was speaking over me and to the person sitting to my right and I did not hear a word that was exchanged by them. Noise canceling and comfort in flights are the main reason I bought these and they’re beyond perfect. I highly recommend the refurbished option and hopefully you receive a great quality item as I did!

    These should be considered straight used and not really refurbished. Box was barely intact, and headphones were noticeably dirty. It’s definitely rough for a “certififed” refurbished product. Ive seen other people complain that theyre getting pairs still connected to other peoples accounts which is insane. Only upside is that the headphones do function as intended (at least my pair does). But its certainly not worth it even for the reduced price point. If you can just wait for a sale and buy a new pair.

    I think these are very good i recently got a pair and they are very fitting. They are a little heavy but they have good noise cancellation that i think could be better and they fit very nicely and i love that you are able to remove the pad for the ears, so if i ever need a new one of those I can always replace it, and the cover is very nice and soft for the airpods max too.

    Worst experience with Best Buy. I ordered this item and it turns out that the air pod maxes I received were fake. They were a very obvious fake they were made out of plastic I took them into geek squad in store to confirm the authenticity of the item and I was told that the item was indeed fake. I did get back my money, but it does make me question the authenticity of bestbuy refurbished products
